«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այս օրերին զբաղված է պաշտոնների «ռակիրովկաներով»։ Այսպես նա ու իր թիմը փորձում են հանրության մոտ փոփոխությունների իմիտացիա ստեղծել: Մյուս կողմից՝ կա տեսակետ, որ Փաշինյանը սրանով փորձում է պատրաստվել արտահերթ ընտրությունների։ Նման մի կոմբինացիա էր օրերս Լոռու մարզպետի փոփոխությունը. Անդրեյ Ղուկասյանին փոխարինեց «իմքայլական» լոռեցի պատգամավոր Արամ Խաչատրյանը, որը դեռ 2018-ին էր ցանկանում մարզպետ դառնալ, սակայն նշանակվեց փոխմարզպետ մինչև ԱԺ ընտրությունները։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, Խաչատրյանին մարզպետ նշանակելու հիմնական մոտիվացիան Փաշինյանի իշխանության դիրքերի ամրացումն է Լոռու մարզում։

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, նոր մարզպետի նշանակումը, սակայն, բավականին դժկամությամբ են ընդունել մարզի մի քանի խոշոր համայնքների ղեկավարներ, որոնք շատ լավ ծանոթ են Խաչատրյանի ունակություններին։ Սակայն դժգոհություն կա ոչ միայն համայքնքների ղեկավարների շրջանում, այլ ընդհանրապես հանրության շրջանում, ինչը կարող է հանգեցնել նշանակման հեռահար նպատակների հակառակ ազդեցության: Սրանում կարելի է համոզվել հենց միայն Վանաձորի փողոցներում շրջելով: Մեզ հետ զրույցում տեղացիները դժգոհում էին, թե ոչ մի կոնկրետ սպասելիքներ չունեն՝ միևնույն ժամանակ ակնարկելով, որ «նախորդն էլ մի բան չէր»։

Մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկն էլ նույնիսկ հիշեց հայտնի ասույթը՝ նշելով, որ 2018 թվականից հետո «...Լոռուն էլ մարզպետ չեկավ»: Թերթի աղբյուրը փոխանցել է, որ մարզում դժգոհությունն ավելի է խորացել հատկապես Խաչատրյանի վերջին ծայրահեղական հայտարարությունների պատճառով, որոնք նա արել էր մարզպետ նշանակվելու օրը կառավարությունում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ։
