Ինչու է Շտապ օգնությունը ուշանում. ահազանգեր քաղաքացիներից. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը քաղաքացիներից ահազանգեր է ստանում այն մասին, որ հաճախ Շտապ օգնության աշխատակիցները ուշանում են կամ, առհասարակ, հրաժարվում են կանչ ընդունել, ընդ որում, ամենեւին կապ չունի՝ զանգը պայմանավորված է կորոնավիրուսով, թե ոչ: Ու թեեւ հաճախ լսում ենք, որ Շտապ օգնության ծառայության մեքենաները ավելացել են, այնուամենայնիվ, Շտապ օգնությունը շտապ կանչ ու բուժօգնություն չի իրականացնում հաճախ։
Իհարկե, հասկանալի է, որ այս տարի Շտապ օգնության համակարգում խնդիրները շատ էին՝ պայմանավորված կորոնավիրուսային իրավիճակով, իսկ հետո էլ՝ Արցախում սանձազերծված 44-օրյա պատերազմի պատճառով։ Սակայն այժմ զինվորների տեղափոխման անհրաժեշտություն էլ չկա, մնացել է միայն կորոնավիրուսը, որի թվերի մեջ էլ նվազման միտում կա, սակայն Շտապ օգնության ոլորտում խնդիրներ կան ու շարունակվում են չլուծվել։
Ինչո՞ւ: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում «Շտապ օգնություն» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Թագուհի Ստեփանյանը, նախ, ընդգծեց, թե հիմա ավելի հանգիստ իրավիճակ է, եւ այդպիսի ուշացումները կարող են կապված լինել այցելության վայրում նախատեսվածից ավելի երկար ժամանակով մնալու հանգամանքով: «Հանգիստ է, բայց ոչ այդքան հանգիստ: Սակայն դեռ կորոնավիրուսի թվերը բարձր են, եւ տեղափոխումները շատ են: Ավտոմեքենաներն իրենք իրենցով բավականացնում են:
Այստեղ խնդիրն ավելի շատ այն գործառույթներն են, որ մենք անում ենք, օրինակ՝ տեղափոխում են մարզեր, կամ լինում է, որ կովիդով հիվանդի տանը մնում ենք ավելի երկար, քան նախատեսված է: Նման խնդիրներ են առաջանում», – նշեց նա: Ստեփանյանը հավելեց, որ կորոնովիրուսային իրավիճակից զատ կանչերն այնքան էլ չեն ավելացել: Նա նաեւ ընդհանուր տվյալներ ներկայացրեց: «Դեկտեմբերի 17-ին, օրինակ, ունեցել ենք 969 կանչ, դա քիչ չէ: Իսկ դրանից մեկ օր առաջ ունեցել ենք 990 կանչ»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ սահմանադրության համաձայն՝ պետությունը պարտավոր է ապահովել մարդու առողջության իրավունքը։ Սահմանադրության 85-րդ դրույթը սահմանում է. «Յուրաքանչյուր ոք, օրենքին համապատասխան, ունի առողջության պահպանման իրավունք»:
