Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը տեղեկացնում է, որ փետրվարի մեկիս սկսվող սակագնային տարվա համար առաջարկվում է վերանայել էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը և միջին կշռված սակագինը բարձրացնել 2.27 դրամ/կՎտժ-ով։ ՀԾԿՀ կայքում զետեղված հաղորդագրությունում ասվում է․

«ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը տեղեկացնում է, որ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 10-ից սկսված՝ էլեկտրաէներգետիկական համակարգի խոշոր արտադրող կայանների և ծառայություններ մատուցող ընկերությունների սակագների վերանայման գործընթացի շրջանակում բոլոր դրական և բացասական գործոնների վերլուծության արդյունքում 2021 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ից սկսվող սակագնային տարվա համար էլեկտրաէներգետիկական համակարգում սպառողների համար սահմանված գործող սակագների պարագայում առաջանում է ֆինանսական ճեղքվածք։ Ուստի, անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել վերանայել սպառողներին վաճառվող էլեկտրական էներգիայի սակագները։

Մասնավորապես, ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի աշխատակազմի հաշվարկների համաձայն՝ սպառողներին վաճառվող էլեկտրական էներգիայի միջին կշռված սակագինն անհրաժեշտ է բարձրացնել 2.27 դրամ/կՎտժ-ով (ներառյալ ԱԱՀ-ն)։ 

Արդյունքում, առաջարկվում է՝

1) սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների և ամսական մինչև 400 կՎտժ սպառում ունեցող բնակիչ-բաժանորդների (բնակիչ-բաժանորդների շուրջ 90%-ի) համար գործող սակագները թողնել անփոփոխ,

2) իսկ մնացած սպառողների համար բարձրացնել 3 դրամ/կՎտժ-ով (ներառյալ ԱԱՀ-ն)»
