ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը կընդունի Արցախի Հին թաղեր և Խծաբերդ բնակավայրերում շրջափակման մեջ մնացած և դեկտեմբերի 15-ի երեկոյից կապի բոլոր միջոցներից զրկված և գերեվարված զինծառայողների հարազատներին: Հանդիպումը նշանակված է դեկտեմբերի 21-ին: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին հարազատների ծնողների դեկտեմբերի 19-ին ուշ երեկոյան Շիրակի մարզպետարանում կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ փոխանցեց ԱԺ պատգամավոր Կարեն Սարուխանյանը:
Սարուխանյանը նշեց, որ նախարարը պատրաստ է ընդունել նրանցից 5-6-ին, սակայն հարազատները մերժեցին փոքրաթիվ խմբով հանդիպումը: Շիրակի մարզպետ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը նշեց, որ կփորձի ՀՀ ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչների հետ քննարկել հանդիպման հետ կապված մանրամասները:
Հանդիպմանը ծնողները դժգոհեցին համապատասխան մարմինների աշխատանքից՝ նշելով, որ դեկտեմբերի 15-ին կապն իրենց հարազատների հետ կտրվել է, սակայն մինչ օրս իրենք տեղյակ չեն նույնիսկ տղաների կարգավիճակի մասին:

Հիշեցնենք՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարում է, որ դեկտեմբերի 15-ի երեկոյան, դեռևս անհայտ պայմաններում, կորել է կապը Հադրութի Հին Թաղեր և Խծաբերդ գյուղերի ուղղությամբ տեղակայված ԱՀ ՊԲ մի քանի մարտական դիրքերի անձնակազմի հետ։ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հայտարարել է, որ Խծաբերդի ուղղությամբ մի քանի տասնյակ զինծառայողներ գերի են ընկել:
