Որտե՞ղ է Առուշ Առուշանյանը

Գորիսի քաղաքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանը, գրեթե, 8 ժամից ավել գտնվում է անազատության մեջ, սակայն իրավապահ որևէ մարմին այդպես էլ չի հայտնում, ոստիկանության կողմից բերման ենթարկված քաղաքապետի գտնվելու վայրը։ ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում Առուշանյանի պաշտպան Արմեն Մելքոնյանն ասաց, որ մի քանի ժամ է, ինչ տեղեկություն չունի իր պաշտպանյալից։
«Բացարձակ տեղեկություն չունեմ, թե որտեղ է, ինչ քրեական գործով է բերման ենթարկվել։ Արդյոք իրավական գործընթացներ են ընթանում, թե՞ առևանգել են, չեմ կարող ասել։ Բայց, քանի որ առաջինի դեպքում մեզ չեն տեղեկացրել, կարող եմ ենթադրել, որ սա առևանգություն է»,- նշեց նա։
Ճշտող հարցին՝ տեղեկություններ են տարածվել, որ Առուշանյանն այս պահին գտնվում է Քննչական կոմիտեում, կապ հաստատե՞լ է այս կառույցի հետ, ի՞նչ են ասել, փաստաբանն ասաց․ «Մենք քիչ առաջ ենք կապ հաստատել Քննչական կոմիտեի հետ, այնտեղից հերքեցին, որ մեր պաշտպանյալն այնտեղ է։ Ասացին՝ դեռ չգիտեն տարվելու է իրենց մոտ, թե ոչ»,- ասաց Մելքոնյանը։
Փաստաբանի խոսքով՝ քանի դեռ իրավական փաստաթղթերին չի ծանոթացել, չի կարող ասել՝ ինչ գործով է անցնում Առուշանյանը։ Քանի որ երեկ Առուշ Առուշանյանը հանդես էր եկել քաղաքական հայտարարությամբ, որին հաջորդեց բերման ենթարկելը, փաստաբանից հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ արդյոք այս երևույթները կապում է մեկը մյուսի հետ․ «Իհարկե, բանական մարդը միանգամից կհասկանա, որ դրա հետ է կապված, բայց ավելի հստակ տեղեկութուն կարող ենք հայտնել միայն իրավական փաստաթղթերին ծանոթանալուց հետո»,- ասաց Մելքոնյանը՝ նշելով, որ իրենց փաստաբանական թիմը զբաղվում է այդ հարցով։
Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ Առուշ Առուշանյանը կեսգիշերին ֆեյսբուքում հանդես էր եկել կոչով՝ հորդորելով գորիսեցիներին առավոտյան ժամը 6-ին հավաքվել քաղաքի Գրիգոր Տաթևացու անվան հրապարակում և այնտեղից շարժվել Սյունիքի դարպասներ՝ արգելելու«հայոց հողը օտարող, Սյունիքի երբեմնի անառիկությունը խաթարող «վարչապետի» մուտքը Սյունիքի մարզ։ Առուշանյանը նկատի է ունեցել այսօր Սյունիք մեկնող վարչապետին։
Այս հայտարարությունից մի քանի ժամ անց, Գորիսի քաղաքապետը բերման է ենթարկվել։ Ոստիկանության լրատվական ծառայությունից փոխանցել են, որ իրենք բերման են ենթարկել Առուշանյանին հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում և այդ գործը փոխանցել են Քննչական կոմիտե։ Թե ինչ գործի մասին է խոսքը, իրավապահ մարմինները չեն մանրամասնում։
Քննչական կոմիտեի խոսնակ Ռիմա Եգանյանն մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ իրենք հաղորդագրություն կտարածեն, ըստ էության չհերքելով, որ գործը քննում է այդ մարմինը։
