Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Հուլուսի Աքարը թուրքական NTV-ին տված հարցազրույցում անդրադարձել է ռուսական արտադրության S-400 զենիթահրթիռային ՀՕՊ համակարգերի ձեռբերման պատճառով ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ սահմանված պատժամիջոցների թեմային և տարածաշրջանային մի շարք հարցերի։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է Ermenihaber-ը:

Աքարը նշել է, որ Թուրքիան անելու է հնարավորը, որպեսզի ԱՄՆ-ի պատժամիջոցները որևէ վնաս չունենան։ 

«Ցանկանում ենք տեղեկացնել, որ այն գործողությունների վրա, որոնք  միասին ենք իրականացնում, մասնավորապես ՆԱՏՕ-ի շրջանակում, բացասաբար են ազդելու։  Պետք է ԱՄՆ-ն անհապահաղ հետ կանգնի այս սխալ որոշումից։ Սպասում ենք որոշման շտկմանը»,-ասել է նա։

Անդրադառնալով Միջերկրական ծովի արևելյան հատվածում Թուրքիայի ապօրինի գործողությունների հետևանքով թուրք-հունական հարաբերություններում առաջացած լարվածությանը, պնդել է, որ իրենք միայն ցանկանում են պաշտպանել իրենց իրավունքները։ Աքարի համոզմամբ՝ Հունաստանն է, որ «բացասաբար է ներկայացնում Թուրքիայի իրավունքի փնտրտուքը»։

Նրա խոսքով՝ հարցի լուծման համար ամենաճիշտ ճանապարհն այն է, որ Հունաստանը բանակցի Թուրքիայի հետ' միաժամանակ ընդգծելով, որ այդ հարցում Թուրքիան ծրագրեր ունի և փորձում է առաջընթաց գրանցել։

Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարարը, դիմելով Հունաստանին, ասել է․ «Դուք առանց Թուրքիայի հետ բանակցելու այլ տեղերում եք լուծում փնտրում։ Այդ վիճակն անլուծելի է։ Մենք լիովին կողմ ենք երկխոսության»։ 

Այնուհետև Աքարն անդրադառնալով Արցախում ռուս-թուրքական համատեղ մոնիթորինգային կենտրոնի հիմնմանը' ասել է․ «Մեր պատվիրակությունը գտնվում է Ադրբեջանում։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հրադադարի ռեժիմի մոնիթորինգի ռուս-թուրքական համատեղ կենտրոնի կառուցումից հետո մեր պատվիրակությունը կսկսի այնտեղ աշխատել։ Մեր 30-60 ներկայացուցիչները, ռուսների հետ միասին աշխատելով, անհրաժեշտ ամեն ինչ կանեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում կրակի դադարեցման մշտական ռեժիմ ապահովելու համար»։

Նա հայտնել է, որ համատեղ կենտրոնում Թուրքիայից և Ռուսաստանից մեկական գեներալ է լինելու։
