Էրեբունի համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարին, վերջինիս որդուն և նախկին տեղակալին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում շարունակվում է 2020թ. դեկտեմբերի 11-ին մետրոպոլիտենի «Գործարանային» կայարանում ակցիա իրականացնելու և մետրոպոլիտենի բնականոն աշխատանքը խաթարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՔԿ մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Էրեբունի համայնքի նախկին ղեկավար ղեկավար՝ Դ.Գ-ին., վերջինիս որդուն՝ Թ.Գ.-ին, և Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի նախկին տեղակալ Ա.Օ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 322-րդ հոդվածի (ինքնիրավչություն) 1-ին մասով: Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ 2020թ. դեկտեմբերի 11-ին՝ ժամը 09:10-ի սահմաններից սկսած, մոտ 40 րոպե խաթարվել էր մետրոպոլիտենի բնականոն աշխատանքը, քանի որ ակցիա իրականացրած մի խումբ անձինք կանգնել էին կառամատույցի երկու կողմերում կայանված գնացքների դռների մոտ՝ թույլ չտալով, որպեսզի դրանք փակվեն և գնացքներն աշխատեն: Արդյունքում՝ մետրոպոլիտենի գործունեությունն ամբողջությամբ կանգնել էր, և բազմաթիվ ուղևորներ չէին կարողացել օգտվել մետրոպոլիտենի ծառայություններից:

Ինչ վերաբերում է օրերս համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարի կողմից արված հայտարարություններին, թե, իբր, ինքն ակցիային չի մասնակցել, ակցիա չի իրականացրել, ապա հարկ ենք համարում նշել, որ համացանցում լայնորեն տարածվել է տեսագրություն, որտեղ հստակ երևում է, որ համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարը ոչ միայն մասնակցում է, այլև՝ ակտիվ գործողություններ է իրականացնում:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
