Քաջարանի քաղաքապետ Մանվել Փարամազյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս մասին հայտնեց Փարամազյանի փաստաբան Երվանդ Վարոսյանը՝ համայնքի ղեկավարի հետ Քննչական կոմիտեից դուրս գալուց հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում:

«8 ամիս առաջ Քաջարանում դեպքեր տեղի ունեցան՝ կապված Քաջարանի 3 քաղաքացիների ձերբակալության հետ: Այսօր Մանվել Փարամազյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրվեց՝ այդ անձանց հետ խմբով ինչ-որ մեկին իբր առևանգելու հետ կապված: Սա ոտքից գլուխ անհեթեթություն է: Այդ տղաները, ում ձերբակալել էին, վաղուց ազատության մեջ են»,-ասաց  համայնքի ղեկավարի փաստաբան Երվանդ Վարոսյանը:

Փաստաբանը մամուլից տեղեկացել է, որ այդ դեպքի հետ կապված արդեն իրականությունը ներկայացվել է: «Անկախ ամեն ինչից՝ նման դեպք եղել է, թե չի եղել, այն, որ Քաջարանի համայնքապետը դրա հետ առնչություն չունի, փաստ է»,-ասաց փաստաբանը:

Նրա կարծիքով՝ դա քաղաքական հետապնդում է, կապված է քաղաքական գործընթացների հետ: Նա դա կապում է երկու հանգամանքի հետ. համայնքապետը ակտիվ մասնակցել է մարտական գործողություններին, նաև միացել է վարչապետի հրաժարականի պահանջին:

Փաստաբանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ նախաքննական մարմինը որոշում է կայացրել կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու միջնորդություն ներկայացնել դատարան: Սակայն, թե երբ կներկայացվի այդ միջնորդությունը, երբ կնշանակվի համապատասխան դատական նիստ, փաստաբանը տեղեկություն չունի:
