«Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժումը» հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում ասվում է, որ վերջին օրերին Ոստիկանության տարբեր աշխատակիցներ գործում են ապօրինություններ, քաղաքացիներին առողջությանը պատճառում են տարբեր աստիճանի վնասվածքներ, ապօրինաբար խոչընդոտում նրանց՝ հավաքներ անցկացնելու սահմանադրական իրավունքը։ Հայտարարությունում ասվում է․
«Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժումը բազմիցս հորդորել և կոչ է արել ՀՀ ոստիկանությանը զերծ մնալ ապօրինություններից, բացառել անհամաչափ և բիրտ ֆիզիկական ուժի կիրառումը, չիրականացնել ապօրինի ձերբակալություններ:
Առերևույթ իշխանազանցության և բազում այլ ոճրագործությունների հետևանքով երկիրն օրհասական վիճակի հասցրած, սահմանադրական կարգը խարխլելուն միտված, ողջ իրավապահ և ուժային կառույցները կատարյալ ճգնաժամի մեջ ներքաշած իշխանությունների հետագա ապազգային, լրջագույն վտանգներով ուղեկցվող գործընթացների կանխարգելմանն ուղղված խաղաղ հավաքների մասնակիցների նկատմամբ ցանկացած ոտնձգություն մարտահրավեր է սեփական պետականության և ազգի գոյապահպանության դեմ։
Մինչդեռ վերջին օրերին ՀՀ ոստիկանության տարբեր աշխատակիցների կողմից մի շարք դրվագներով իրականացվում են ապօրինություններ, որի հետևանքով ՀՀ քաղաքացիների առողջությանը պատճառվում են տարբեր աստիճանի վնասվածքներ, ապօրինաբար խոչընդոտվում է քաղաքացիների՝ հավաքներ անցկացնելու սահմանադրական իրավունքը, և վերջիններս ակնհայտ անհիմն կերպով ենթարկվում են վարչական ձերբակալման:
Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժման իրավական հանձնախումբը, հավատարիմ մնալով իրավական պետության իր անբեկանելի տեսլականին և օրինականության սահմանադրական սկզբունքին, վաղը ևեթ իրավասու մարմիններին է հանձնելու այն բոլոր հանցագործությունների մասին հաղորդումները, որոնք իրականացվել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից խաղաղ հավաքների մասնակիցների նկատմամբ:
Ոստիկանության Սահմանադրական պարտքն է պաշտպանել ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին հանցագործներից, այլ ոչ թե իշխանությունների կամայականություններին հագուրդ տալու նպատակով հանցանք կատարել մարդու և քաղաքացու նկատմամբ:
Հանցանք կատարած ոչ մի անձ անպատիժ չի մնալու»։
