Անցյալ շաբաթ այստեղ էր Հայաստանի երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, ես երկու անգամ հանդիպել եմ նրա հետ: Այս մասին դեկտեմբերի 24-ին Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության կողմից կազմակերպված քննարկման ժամանակ ասել է Ռուսաստանի Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ գործերով, եվրասիական ինտեգրման և հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը: Փոխանցում է News.am-ը:
«Քոչարյանը պատմել է, թե ինչպես է պարզել, որ վերջին երկու տարում (ժամանակին նա ինքն էր հասել այդ գործարքին) գնված և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածք մատակարարված «Ս-300» զենիթահրթիռային համակարգերը չէին աշխատում, քանի որ ինչ-որ պակաս դետալներ կային: Այդ ամբողջ ընթացքում, երբ նրանք կանգնած էին այնտեղ, ոչ ոք ռուսական կողմին չէր խնդրել, որպեսզի այդ դետալները բերվեն»,- շեշտեց նա:
Պատգամավորը հավելել է, որ եթե հակամարտության թեժ փուլում զորակոչը դադարեցվում է, եթե Ղարաբաղում գեներալներին ու նախագահներին, ովքեր մարտական փորձ և կառավարման փորձ ունեն, հետևում են և վռնդում, ապա նրանք, ով զբաղվում է դրանով, չպետք է զբաղվեն պաշտպանության հարցերով:
