Հայերը հաղթաթուղթ ունեն, որը, թերեւս, աշխարհում ոչ մեկը չունի: Խոսքը սփյուռքի մասին է: Այս մասին դեկտեմբերի 25-ին Մոսկվա-Բիշքեկ-Երեւան-Նուր Սուլթան տեսակամուրջի ժամանակ ասաց Եվրասիայի ժողովուրդների ասամբլեայի գլխավոր քարտուղար Անդրեյ Բելյանինովը:

«Օրինակ՝ Ռուսաստանում ավելի շատ հայ է ապրում, քան, հավանաբար, Հայաստանում»,- նշեց նա:

Նրա խոսքով՝ հայ հանրության շրջանում անհրաժեշտ է, առաջին հերթին, միմյանց ճշմարտությունն ասել, եւ սկսել նրանից, թե օրինակ, Հայաստանում իրականում որքան մարդ է ապրում:

«Տնտեսության տեսակետից նույնպես օբյեկտիվ տվյալներ չկան: Իսկ ինչ կասեք մշակույթի առումով: Դուք այնքան եք տարվել քաղաքականությամբ, որ մոռացել եք ե՛ւ մշակույթի, ե՛ւ տնտեսության մասին: Ժողովուրդը գնո՞ւմ է թատրոն, կոնսերվատորիա: Միեւնույն անձինք քվեարկում են մերթ մի կողմի, մերթ մյուսի օգտին»,- հավելեց փորձագետը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Արցախում պատերազմին, ապա Բելյանինովը կոչ արեց դրա արդյունքներից եզրակացություններ կատարել:

«Պարտությունը սկսվում է հաղթանակից հետո 5 վայրկյան անց: Անչափ դժվար է ներսում ատելություն կուտակել: Մեծահոգությունը մեծ ժողովուրդների ճակատագիրն է, անհրաժեշտ է կարողանալ ներել: Մոսկվայում, օրինակ, հայերի եւ ադրբեջանցիների միջեւ թշնամություն չկա: Այո, ամեն մի ժողովուրդ անհանգստանում է իր հայրենիքի համար, բայց թշնամություն չկա»,- ամփոփեց նա:
