«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Հայտնի քաղաքական գործիչ Աղվան Վարդանյանը սույն թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը, դիմելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, հարց էր հնչեցրել. «2019 թվականին արդյո՞ք արաբական մի երկրում հանդիպել են Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի բարձրաստիճան համարժեք պաշտոնյաներ, և արդյո՞ք Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչը Հայաստանի ներկայացուցչին փոխանցել է թուղթ, որի վրա աստղաբաշխական գումար է նշված եղել, որպես առաջարկ՝ Արցախի հարցը ի օգուտ Ադրբեջանի լուծման։ Երբ մեր պաշտոնյան բորբոքվել է՝ թե էս ինչ ես առաջարկում, դիմացինը շատ կիրթ ասել է՝ մի բորբոքվեք, ձեզանից ընդամենը պահանջվում է փոխանցել ձեր ղեկավարին։ Արդյո՞ք երբ հայ պաշտոնյան նույնքան բորբոքված ասել է՝ տես, թե անասուններն ինչ են առաջարկում, մեր երկրի ղեկավարն ասել է՝ դու հուզական, զգացմունքային մարդ ես, մի խառնվիր, ուրիշը կզբաղվի»։

Աղվան Վարդանյանի այս աղմկահարույց հայտարարությանը հետևած հանրային հետաքրքրության մեջ անհայտ մնաց, թե ով է եղել Փաշինյանի նշած զգացմունքային պաշտոնյան: «Փաստի» աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, այդ անձը եղել է այն ժամանակ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը, ով թե՛ առաջարկը ստանալիս, թե՛ Փաշինյանին փոխանցելիս բավական զայրացած է եղել և ծանր խոսակցություն է ունեցել երկու կողմերի հետ: Այս խոսակցություններից հետո Վանեցյանը, ըստ էության, այլևս դուրս է մղվել պրոցեսից, և այնուհետ ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ բանակցությունները վարել է Փաշինյանի նախկին խորհրդականներից մեկը... Փաստացի, գնալով ավելի հասկանալի դառնում, թե ինչու էր Արթուր Վանեցյանն իր հրաժարականի հայտարարության մեջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին «կանգ ա՛ռ»-ի կոչ անում...
