Նաիրի Հոխիկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. «Պատերազմից հետո հերթական անգամ Արցախում եմ։ Մեր հայրենիքի այս հատվածը օր օրի ավելի արագ է վերադառնում նախկին կյանքին։

Եթե 20-25 օր առաջ Բերձորի մոտակայքում տեսնում էի ադրբեջանական համազգեստով ինչ-որ մարդկանց, ապա հիմա դրանք էլ չկային։ Բերձոր քաղաքում արդեն բավական շատ բնակեցված տներ կան, մարդիկ վերադառնում են։ Ռուս խաղաղապահները վստահեցրին, որ ադրբեջանցիներին արգելված է խախտել հայտնի միջանցքի տարածքը առանց հատուկ թույլտվության և իրենց ուղեկցության։

Շուշիի մոտակայքում ևս չերևացին ադրբեջանցիներ։ Ռուսական ուժերը այնպիսի բարձր պատնեշներ են կառուցել, որոնցից այն կողմ որևէ թշնամական էակ չերևա։ Արցախցիները պետք է նաև հոգեբանորեն իրենց ապահով զգան։

Ստեփանակերտի նախկին փայլը վերադառնում է։ Լույսերը ամենուր վառվում են, փողոցներում նույնիսկ հաճախ խցանում է, մարդիկ ամեն օր վերադառնում են իրենց տներ։

Կա յուրատեսակ ջերմություն արցախահայերի, հայկական բանակի և ռուս խաղաղապահների միջև։

Ռուսները մեծագույն հարգանքով են շփվում հայ բնակիչների հետ, իսկ մեր բանակին վերաբերվում են որպես դաշնակիցների։

Ոչ ոք իրավունք չունի յուրացնելու այս ձեռքբերումը։ Սա բացառապես հայկական բանակի և ռուսական կողմի աշխատանքի արդյունք է»։
