Ադրբեջանցիները Եղցահողից 4 կմ հեռու են քաշվել․ Շուշիի շրջանի գյուղերում հանգիստ է

Շուշիի շրջանի վարչակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Վյաչեսլավ Գաբրիելյանը Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում վստահեցրեց, որ Շուշիի շրջանի` հայկական վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող երեք գյուղերում անվտանգությունն ապահովված է։
«Հին Շեն գյուղում իրավիճակը նորմալ է։ Ես ինքս երկրորդ անգամ եմ գնացել այնտեղ, բնակիչներն այնտեղ են, երեխաներն այնտեղ են։ Ռուս խաղաղապահները կանգնած են դպրոցի կողքին։ Կյանքի համար բոլոր պայմանները կան, անվտանգությունն ապահովվում է»,-ասաց Գաբրիելյանը։
Գյուղից ոչ հեռու ադրբեջանական դիրքերն են, սակայն անվտանգությունը ռուս զինծառայողների հետ միասին գյուղում ապահովում են նաև հայ զինվորականները:
Բնակչության վերադարձի հետ կապված խնդիր առայժմ կա մեկ այլ գյուղում՝ Մեծ Շենում։ Այն բանից հետո, երբ ավելի վաղ ադրբեջանցիները մոտեցել էին գյուղին, բնակչությունը երկրորդ անգամ էր դուրս եկել այնտեղից։ Հիմա նրանք հեռացել են գյուղից, բայց մարդիկ դեռ չեն վերադարձել, բնակավայրում մի քանի մարդ է մնացել։
«Մարդիկ կարող են հանգիստ երթևեկել Հին Շենի և Եղցահողի միջև ընկած ճանապարհով։ Այսինքն՝ այս փուլում անվտանգություն կա»,-նշեց Գաբրիելյանը։
Եղցահող համայնքի ղեկավար Արտակ Հակոբյանն էլ Sputnik Արմենիային հայտնեց, որ գյուղը պահպանում են հայկական ստորաբաժանումները: Ադրբեջանցիներն ավելի վաղ փորձել են գրավել գյուղը, բայց հայկական կողմը խաղաղապահներին ապացուցել է, որ Եղցահողը պետք է մնա հայերի ձեռքում։
«Հիմա նրանք (ադրբեջանցիները) գյուղից մոտ 4 կմ են հեռու։ Նրանք իրենց դիրքերում են կանգնած, մենք՝ մեր։ Բոլոր գյուղերի հետ կապ կա։ Իրավիճակը կայուն է։ Ադրբեջանցիների կողմից նույնպես հանգիստ է»,-ասաց Հակոբյանը։
Ավելի վաղ գյուղից հեռացած բնակչությունը, մասնավորապես կանայք և երեխաները, սկսել էին աստիճանաբար վերադառնալ։ Հունվարից դպրոցներում կսկսվեն կանոնավոր դասերը։ Այսօր, օրինակ, երկու ընտանիք է գյուղ վերադարձել։
Համայնքում ընդհանուր առմամբ 180 մարդ կա, այս պահին գյուղում են մոտ 60–ը։ Լուրջ խնդիրներ չկան, ջուր և էլէկտրականություն կա, մի քանի օր առաջ նաև գազն են միացրել։
Ավելի վաղ Ադրբեջանի Զինված ուժերը վերահսկողության տակ էին վերցրել Շուշիի շրջանի Հին Շեն գյուղը Բերձոր-Շուշի մայրուղու հետ կապող և Մեծ Շեն գյուղ տանող միակ ճանապարհը: Ավելի ուշ ռուս խաղաղապահները հասան նրան, որ ադրբեջանցիները հեռանան այնտեղից և բուն գյուղերից։
Դեկտեմբերի 17-ին փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը հայտարարեց, որ Շուշիի շրջանի Հին Շեն գյուղում տեղակայված են ռուս խաղաղապահներ:
