SOCIETYՂեկավարությունը տեղում չէ, ոչ մի բան իր տեղում չէ։ Ինչ լավ բան կա։ Տուն-տեղ թողել, եկել ենք։ Այս մասին Արցախում Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Քարինտակ գյուղի նախկին բնակիչ Սամվել Թովմասյանը։
Նա նշեց, որ 9 հոգանոց ընտանիքով տեղափոխվել են Ստեփանակերտ, մինչդեռ Քարինտակում 2 տուն են ունեցել։
«Տանը անչափահասներ կան, բոլորն իրար գլխի են հավաքվել մի տան մեջ։ Այնտեղից մի լուցկի էլ դուրս չեմ բերել, մի մեքենա եմ բերել, դա էլ են գողացել։ Ձեռքիս տեխանձնագիրն է մնացել։ Ոստիկանություն ենք դիմել, թե երբ են փնտրելու, չգիտենք։ Այսքան մարդ որ տեղափոխվել է, դրա պատասխանն ով է տալու»,-ասաց նա։
Հարցին էլ՝ իսկ փոխհատուցում լինելո՞ւ է, Քարինտակի նախկին բնակիչն ասաց՝ տեղյակ չէ։
Թովմասյանն ասաց, որ փորձել է աշխատանք փնտրել, բայց չկա։ «Ոչ մի բան էլ չկա, մահամերձ վիճակ է, ես էլ 2-րդ կարգի հաշմանդամություն ունեմ Արցախյան ազատամարտից հետո։ Եղանակն էլ վատ է, փայտ էլ չեն տվել, սրա պատասխանն ով է տալու»,-ասաց նա։
Անդրադառնալով անվտանգության վերաբերյալ հարցին՝ Քարինտակի նախկին բնակիչը պատասխանեց՝ թուրքը մտնում է շուկա, առևտուր անում։ «Կարող է՝ մարդաշատ տեղ լինի, մի «գրանատ» գցեն, բոլորին սպանեն։ Չի՞ կարող լինել»,-նշեց նա։
