Մեծ Բրիտանիան դուրս է գալիս ուսանողների փոխանակման եվրոպական Erasmus ծրագրից և Brexit-ից հետո նոր նախաձեռնությամբ հանդես կգա

Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կառավարությունը ուսանողների միջազգային փոխանակման նոր ծրագիր է ներկայացրել՝ պայամանավորված Եվրամիության հետ հարաբերությունների անցումային փուլի ավարտով:
Ինչպես փոխանցում է ТАСС գործակալությունը՝ հղում անելով Միացյալ Թագավորության կրթության նախարարության հայտարարությանը, նոր նախաձեռնությունը, որն ստացել է Turing Scheme անվանումը՝ անգլիացի մաթեմատիկոս Ալան Թյուրինգի (1912-1954) պատվին, ներկայացվել է Erasmus եվրոպական մասշտաբային ծրագրից դուրս գալու ֆոնին:
Լոնդոնը հայտարարել է, որ դադարեցնում է մասնակցությունն ուսանողների փոխանակման այդ ծրագրին, քանի որ ծախսերը չափազանց մեծ են:
Turing scheme ծրագրի իրականացմանը հաջորդ տարի կհատկացվի 100 մլն ֆունտ ստերլինգ (133,8 մլն դոլար)՝ այն հաշվարկով, որ շուրջ 35 000 բրիտանացի ուսանողներ կկարողանան օգտվել դրանից և ուսումը շարունակել արտասահմանյան համալսարաններում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Բրյուսելն ու Լոնդոնը դեկտեմբերի 24-ին համաձայնության են եկել առևտրային հարցերի և Brexit-ից հետո ձևավորվելիք գործընկերության շուրջ:
ԵՄ կազմից թագավորության դուրս գալու պայմանների շուրջ բանակցություններն սկսվել էին 2017 թվականի հունիսի 19-ին և նախատեսված էին երկու տարով, սակայն մի քանի անգամ երկարացվել են:
