Մայր Աթոռի մոտ բողոքի ակցիաներ կազմակերպելու կոչերն ուղեկցվում են Կաթողիկոսի ու այլ եկեղեցականներին ուղղված վիրավորանքով, բռնության կոչերով, այդպիսի մոտեցումները հակաիրավական են. ՄԻՊ

Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը սոցիալական ցանցերի մի շարք էջերում ու խմբերում արձանագրել է կոչեր ու գրառումներ, որոնք վերաբերում են այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 27-ին Մայր Աթոռի տարածքում բողոքի ակցիաներ կազմակերպելուն:

Այդ կոչերն ու գրառումներն ուղեկցվում են Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու Հովվապետի՝ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսին և այլ եկեղեցականներին ուղղված վիրավորանքներով, ատելություն պարունակող խոսքով ու անգամ բռնության կոչերով:

Վիրավորանքը, ատելության խոսքը կամ բռնության կոչերը չեն պաշտպանվում որևէ իրավունքով, այդ թվում՝ դրանք հակասում են կարծիքի արտահայտման ազատությանը: Դրանք թույլատրելի չեն նաև որևէ միջազգային պահանջով: Ուստի, այդպիսի մոտեցումները հակաիրավական են:

Ավելին, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Սահմանադրության 41-րդ հոդվածով երաշխավորված է յուրաքանչյուր մարդու մտքի, խղճի, կրոնի ազատության իրավունքը: Այս իրավունքը, ըստ Սահմանադրության, ներառում է կրոնը կամ համոզմունքները փոխելու ազատությունը և դրանք ինչպես միայնակ, այնպես էլ այլոց հետ համատեղ և հրապարակավ կամ մասնավոր կարգով՝ քարոզի, եկեղեցական արարողությունների, պաշտամունքի այլ ծիսակատարությունների կամ այլ ձևերով արտահայտելու ազատությունը:

Սահմանադրական այս երաշխիքները վերաբերում են Հայաստանում բոլոր տեսակի դավանանքներին, իսկ Հայ առաքելական սուրբ եկեղեցու պարագայում խոսքը գնում է քաղաքացիների մեծամասնության մասին:

Հայ առաքելական սուրբ եկեղեցին ունի իր կանոնները, և դրանց հիման վրա են տեղի ունենում եկեղեցական արարողությունները, որոնց ազատ իրականացումը մեր պետությունը երաշխավորել է Սահմանադրությամբ ու օրենքներով:

Ավելին, Հայաստանյաց առաքելական սուրբ եկեղեցու բացառիկ առաքելությունը հայ ժողովրդի հոգևոր կյանքում, նրա ազգային մշակույթի զարգացման և ազգային ինքնության պահպանման գործում ճանաչված է Սահմանադրության մակարդակով:

Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմն իրականացնում է բոլոր գործընթացների մշտադիտարկում, այդ թվում՝ Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում դիտարկման միջոցով:

Մեր երկրում ցանկացած արարք ու այլ տեսակի նախաձեռնություն պետք է հիմքում ունենա իրավունքի գերակայությունը, միմյանց նկատմամբ հարգանքն ու համերաշխության երաշխավորման հրամայականը:
