Հարգե՛լի պարոն Հարությունյան, դիմում է ձեզ Կարմիր գյուղի բնակչուհի Լուսինե Խաչատրյանը։ Սույն թվականի դեկտեմբերի 24-ին ամուսնուս հետ Ստեփանակերտից Կարմիր գյուղ վերադառնալու ճանապարհին ադրբեջանցիների կողմից կրակահերթ է արձակվել մեր ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ։ Միջադեպի արդյունքում բարեբախտաբար չենք տուժել։

Դուք՝ որպես ԱՀ նախագահ, հորդորում էիք մեզ վերադառնալ Արցախ՝ վստահեցնելով, որ Արցախում անվտանգ է, սակայն բազմաթիվ հայտնի ու անհայտ միջադեպերը, որոնք հրահրվում են ադրբեջանցիների կողմից այլ բան են հուշում ։

Բացի այդ, նոյեմբերի 9-ին ձեռք բերված եռակողմ համաձայնագրում նշված է, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները երաշխավորում են արցախցիների անվտանգությունը, սակայն ինչպես ցույց են տալիս իրողությունները, մեր անվտանգությունը մեր իսկ հողում այնքան էլ ապահովված չէ։

Այժմ դիմում եմ ձեզ՝ որպես Արցախի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության, անկախության, տարածքային ամբողջականության և անվտանգության երաշխավորի, որպես զինված ուժերի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարի, ի վերջո ապահովվա՞ծ է մեր անվտանգությունը։ Եթե այո, ապա ո՞վ է մեր անվտանգության երաշխավորը։ Ինչպե՞ս վստահ լինենք, որ հաջորդ անգամ զոհ չենք դառնա նման մի միջադեպի։
