Երևանի և Բաքվի հետ բարեկամական հարաբերությունների պահպանումը ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի կողմից օգնել է խաղաղ պայմանավորվածությունների հասնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցում:
Ինչպես փոխանցում է ТАСС գործակալությունը, այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը «Ռոսիա-1» հեռուստաալիքով հեռարձակվող «Մոսկվա. Կրեմլ. Պուտին» ծրագրին տված հարցազրույցում:
«Բաքվի և Երևանի հետ բարի և կառուցողական հարաբերությունների պահպանումը, որոնք հիմնված են փոխադարձ հարգանքի վրա, թույլ է տվել Պուտինին հանդես գալ որպես միջնորդ այդ կարգավորման (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իրավիճակի) գործում»,- ասել է Պեսկովը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոյեմբերի 10-ին ստորագրել է եռակողմ հայտարարություն, որով Ադրբեջանին են անցնել Արցախի յոթ շրջանները, Շուշին ու Հադրութը, բացառությամբ մի գյուղի, գյուղեր Ասկերանի ու Մարտունու շրջանից, ինչպես նաև Մարտակերտի շրջանի Թալիշ և Մատաղիս գյուղերը։
Ըստ այդ հայտարարության՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում շփման գծի երկայնքով և Լաչինի միջանցքի երկայնքով տեղակայվել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորախումբ, այդ թվում՝ հրաձգային զենքով զինված 1960 զինծառայող, 90 զրահամեքենա, 380 միավոր ավտոմոբիլային և հատուկ տեխնիկա:
