Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախագահ Գագիկ Հովհաննիսյանը հավաստիացնում է, որ կարվի հնարավորը` դեկտեմբերի 18-ին Գյումրիում ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի տարածքում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի անդամների սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով արտագնա դատական նիստը լուսաբանող լրագրողների աշխատանքը նորմալ կազմակերպելու համար:

Դատարանի նախագահը դեկտեմբերի 11-ին ընդունեց և լսեց լրագրողների այն դիտողությունները, որոնք կապված են ՌԴ 5-րդ կայազորային դատարան, Գյումրիում տեղակայված ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի տարածք, դատական դահլիճ մուտքի, լրագրողների դատարանում ներկա գտնվելու պայմանների ու տեխնիկական խնդիրների հետ: Լրագրողները, ովքեր 2015 թվականի օգոստոսի 12-ին լուսաբանել էին Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող« ռուս զինվորական Վալերի Պերմյակովի նկատմամբ դասալքության, զենքի հափշտակման և ապօրինի կրման դրվագներով քրեական գործի դատական նիստը, ներկայացրեցին մի շարք խնդիրներ` կապված լրագրողների դատական նիստին ներկա գտնվելու ռուսական կողմի խիստ պահանջների, դահլիճի անհարմարության  հետ:

ՌԴ ռազմաբազայի տարածքում կայացած նիստի ժամանակ գլխավոր անցակետից դուրս եկած   լրագրողներին այլևս թույլ չէր տրվել մուտք գործել բազայի տարածք, մյուսները ստիպված ողջ նիստի ժամանակ մնացել էին բազայի տարածքում: Առանձնացվեցին լրագրողների նախապես հավատարմագրման, դատարանի դահլիճ մուտք գործելու ժամանակ հեռախոսները հանձնելու, նկարահանման համար որոշակի ժամանակ հատկացնելու և նկարահանումն ուղղորդելու հետ կապված խնդիրները: Գագիկ Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, դահլիճի հետ կապված փոփոխություն չի լինի, բայց կավելացվեն նստատեղերը, չի լինի նկարահանման  ուղղորդում (նախկին նիստի ժամանակ արգելվում էր նկարահանել նիստը նախագահող դատավորին), չի արգելվի նիստի ժամանակ լրագրողի մուտքն ու ելքը դատարանի դահլիճից և կթույլատրվի պահել հեռախոսները՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, որ շատ լրագրողներ անմիջապես ինֆորմացիան փոխանցում են հեռախոսակապի միջոցով: Ըստ դատարանի նախագահի` անցակետում ևս կարվի ամեն ինչ, որ բարդություներ չլինեն: «Դատն անցնելու է հայկական Քրեական օրենսգրքի կարգով ու պահանջով և լրագրողների համար կլինեն  այնպիսի պայմաններ, ինչպիսին գործել է մինչ այս՝ Շիրակի մարզի առաջին ատյանը « դատարանում՝ առանց խոչընդոտի, խնդիրների ու արգելքներ»,-վստահեցրեց Գագիկ Հովհաննիսյանը:

Դատարանի նախագահը լրագրողների խնդրանքին ի պատասխան նաև խոստացավ հնարավորության դեպքում դահլիճում տեղադրել ձայնասփյուռ լսելիությունն ապահովվելու համար, իսկ դրսում՝ սպասասրահ: Ինչ վերաբերում է տեղից ուղիղ եթեր ապահովվելու թույլտվության հետ կապված խնդրին, Գագիկ Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, որ դրա և հայտագրման հետ կապված հարցի մասին վերջնական տեղեկություն կտրվի դեկտեմբերի 14-ին՝ դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարի հետ հանդիպման և դատական նիստի դահլիճն ուսումնասիրելուց հետո:

Դատարանի նախագահի խոսքով` ողջ դատական նիստը ձայնագրվելու է դատարանի կողմից և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, լրատվամիջոցները կարող են նաև օգտվել դրանից:
