Կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության համավարակի պայմաններում շատ կարևոր է պահպանել առողջ սնուցման կանոնները, ինչը շատ կարևոր է օրգանիզմի դիմադրողականությունը բարձրացնելու և հիվանդություններին դիմակայելու տեսանկյունից։ Բացի այդ, առողջ սնուցումը նվազեցնում է ճարպակալման, սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների, շաքարային դիաբետի և որոշ տեսակի քաղցկեղների զարգացման ռիսկը։

Ամանորին ընդառաջ, կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության համավարակի պայմաններում, սնուցումը ճիշտ կազմակերպելու և հնարավոր բարդություններից խուսափելու նպատակով անհրաժեշտ է.

. սահմանափակել տապակած և ճարպոտ կերակրատեսակների օգտագործումը: Նախապատվությունը տալ եփման, շոգեխաշման, ջեռեփման եղանակով պատրաստված սննդատեսակներին,

. սահմանափակել շաքարի օգտագործումը, որի չարաշահումը կարող է ճարպակալման պատճառ դառնալ, 
նախապատվությունը տալ մրգին և բանջարեղենին, որոնք հարուստ են վիտամիններով, հանքային տարրերով և ածխաջրերով,

. սնվել չափավոր. սնունդը պետք է ընդունել քիչ չափաբաժիններով՝ օրվա ընթացքում 4-5 անգամ՝ ընդմիջումներով: Հիշե՛ք՝ որքան բազմազան է միանվագ օգտագործած սնունդը, այնքան մեծ է ծանրաբեռնվածությունը մարսողական համակարգի վրա, 

. անհրաժեշտ է պահպանել երեխաների սննդակարգը և սնման ռեժիմը, քանի որ երեխաների օրգանիզմն ավելի զգայուն է սննդակարգի փոփոխությունների նկատմամբ,

. սահմանափակել ալկոհոլի օգտագործումը,

.սահմանափակել աղի օգտագործումը՝ օրական օգտագործելով 5 գրամից ոչ ավելի,

. չմոռանալ ջրի մասին, օգտագործել բավարար քանակությամբ ջուր։
