Պատերազմից խուսափելու միայն մի տարբերակ կար. Փաշինյանը նոր գրառում է արել

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
«Անընդհատ շրջանառության մեջ է դրվում այն միտքը, թե ճկուն քաղաքականության պարագայում կարող էինք խուսափել պատերազմից։
Այս թեզը շրջանառողները պետք է առնվազն պատասխանեն մի հարցի․ իրենց վարած «ճկուն» քաղաքականության արդյունքում ինչու՞ հնարավոր չեղավ խուսափել 2016 թվականի պատերազմից, որին նախորդել էր 2015, 2014 թվականների աննախադեպ էսկալացիան։
Երկար տարիներ Հայաստանի վարած «ճկուն» քաղաքականությունը բերեց նրան, որ 2016 թվականի հունվարին շրջանառության մեջ դրվեցին ռուսական առաջարկները, որոնք ենթադրում էին 7 տարածքների (5+2) վերադարձ առանց ԼՂ կարգավիճակի որեւէ ճշգրտման։
Ինչու՞ Ռուսաստանը հանդես եկավ նման առաջարկով։ Մի պարզ պատճառով՝ Հայաստանի վարած «ճկուն» քաղաքականության արդյունքում մադրիդյան պրոցեսը մտել էր փակուղի, որովհետեւ Արցախը Ադրբեջանի կազմից դուրս կարգավիճակ կարող էր ստանալ միայն Ադրբեջանի համաձայնությամբ։
Ռուսաստանի եւ բոլորի համար ակնհայտ էր, որ Ադրբեջանը նման տարբերակի երբեք չի համաձայնվի (ունի չհամաձայնվելու համար անհրաժեշտ կարողություն) եւ ուրեմն, պետք էր պրոցեսը փակուղուց դուրս բերելու ուղիներ գտնել։ Եւ, ի դեպ, եթե ոմանց պնդումը ճիշտ է, թե 2018-ից հետո Հայաստանի վարած քաղաքականությունը բավարար չափով ռուսամետ չէր եւ սա էր պատերազմի պատճառը, ինչու՞ 2016-ի «բավարար չափով ռուսամետ» քաղաքականության պայմաններում ծնվեցին ռուսական առաջարկները եւ տեղի ունեցավ ապրիլյան պատերազմը։
Պատերազմից խուսափելու միայն մի տարբերակ կար՝ վերադարձնել տարածքները, մոռանալով Արցախի կարգավիճակի մասին։ Հիմա, իհարկե, ետին թվով այս տարբերակի կողմնակիցները, հասկանալիորեն, շատացել են։ Բայց նրանք հաշվի չեն առնում, որ այս պարագայում նույնպես Գորիսի հարեւանությամբ գտնվող Էյվազլիի հատվածում հայտնվելու էր ադրբեջանական ցուցանակ։ Նաեւ՝ ժամանակին մեզ մեղադրում էին «հողերը ծախելու» մեջ։ Հիմա էլ՝ կասկածելի հայտարարություններով վտանգի տակ են դնում մեր գերիների կյանքը։
«Ճկուն» քաղաքականության ջատագովների մեծագույն բացթողումն այն է, որ նրանք երկար տարիներ պատերազմից խուսափելու եւ ոչ թե պատերազմին պատրաստվելու քաղաքականություն են վարել։ Մեր մեծագույն բացթողումն այն է, որ երկուսուկես տարվա ընթացքում չենք հասցրել բավարար չափով թալանված գումարներ ետ բերել եւ պատշաճ պատրաստվել պատերազմին»։
