Արմավիրի մարզի 34-ամյա բնակիչը կալանավորվել է ընկերուհու սպանության մեղադրանքով

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է 33-ամյա կնոջ սպանության դեպքը: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Արմավիրի մարզի 34-ամյա բնակչին:
«Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 34-ամյա տղամարդը, 2020թ. դեկտեմբերի 25-ին` ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, Աղավնատուն-Լեռնամերձ խճուղում անձնական հարցերի շուրջ պարզաբանումներ ստանալու նպատակով հանդիպել է ընկերուհուն: Վերջինս նշված վայր է եկել իր «Նիսան Տեանա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, որտեղ 34-ամյա տղամարդը, սպանելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ, գործով չպարզված հրազենից կրակել և ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկել է ընկերուհուն:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են մի շարք քննչական գործողություններ, այդ թվում՝ դեպքի վայրի զննություն, խուզարկություններ, որի ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել են պարկուճներ, իսկ կնոջ ավտոմեքենայում՝ 2սմ երկարությամբ մետաղյա գնդակ: Առգրավվել են դեպքի պահին տղամարդու հագին եղած հագուստները, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ: Նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ 34-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի (սպանություն) 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի (ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը) 1-ին մասով: Վերջինիս նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
