POLITICSԸնդդիմության երթը հասավ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության շենքի մոտ: Այստեղ ՀՅԴ անդամ Գեղամ Մանուկյանը նշեց. «ՀՔԾ-ն 2,5 տարի եղել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ամենահավատարիմ հաստատություններից մեկը: Այս հաստատությունը եղել է անհատապես Նիկոլի հավատարիմ հաստատություն: Նիկոլը գնցող է, մնալու է օրենքը, Սահմանադրությունը իր ողջ խստությամբ: ՀՔԾ-ն դեռ ունի ժամանակ գործադրելու մեր բոլորի օրենքը: Հարուցեք քրեական գործ դավաճանի դեմ»,-ասաց նա:
Այնուհետեւ ելույթ ունեցավ «Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժման» իրավական հանձանխմբի նախագահ Արթուր Ղազինյանը՝ նշելով, որ մինչ այժմ ներկայացված է երեք հաղորդում հանցագործության մասին, երեքն էլ պետական դավաճանության հատկանիշներով, նաեւ հարուցված է 2 քրեական գործ, որոնց ինքը ներգրավված է. «Մեկը քննվում է ՀՔԾ-ում, մյուսը՝ ԱԱԾ-ում: Երոկւ դեպքով էլ որպես վկա ներկայացվել են պետական դավաճանության անհերքելի փաստեր: ՀՔԾ-ում հարուցված գործը քրեական օրենգրքի 308 հոդվածը 2-րդ մասով է՝ պաշտոնեական լիազորությունների չարաշահում, որը անզգուշությամբ հասցրել է ծանր հետեւանքներ: Այստեղ անզգուշություն չկա, կա ուղղակի դիտավորություն, համակարգված, կազմակերպված պլանավորած պետական դավաճանություն»,-ասաց Ղազինյանը:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ հանցագործության հաղորդումներից մեկը վերաբերում է սահմանների անխախտելիության, տարածքային ամբողջականության, նաեւ սահմանների արտաքին անվտանգության նկատմամբ դիտռավորյալ գործած հանցագործությանը:
«Ընդ որում, այս հանցագործությունը ներկայումս էլ շարունակվում է, օրեցօր թշնամուն հանձնելով հայրենիքի տարմեր մասեր, կարեւոր ենթակառուցվածքներ: Պետք է անհապաղ ձերբակալել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին պետական դավաճանության հոդվածով»,-ընդգծեց նա:
Ղազինյանը հավելեց, որ թշնամին թող շատ չուրախանա, որովհետեւ այն տարածքները, որտեղ հիմա գտնվում են իրենց զորքերը, կարճ ժամանակ հետո վերադառնալու են հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության տակ, քանի որ որեւէ միջազգային փաստաթուղթ, միջազգային պայմանագիր գոյություն չունի. «Սա ընդամենը ՀՀ-ում Թուրքիայի եւ Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից միակողմանի որոշում է»:
