Մեկնարկել է անշարժ գույք կորցրած արցախցիների սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագիրը
SOCIETYՄեկնարկել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության սոցիալական աջակցության հերթական ծրագիրը՝ պատերազմի հետևանքով անշարժ գույք կորցրած արցախցիների համար:
Սոցիալական աջակցության այս ծրագրի շահառու յուրաքանչյուր անձի տրամադրվելու է միանվագ աջակցություն՝ 250.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով։
Ծրագրի շահառու են հանդիսանում պատերազմի պատճառած ավերածությունների հետևանքով կամ այլ պատճառներով բնակելի անշարժ գույքը կորցրած քաղաքացիները։
Սոցիալական աջակցության այս ծրագիրը ներառում է նաև հետևյալ համայնքների բնակիչներին՝ Փառուխ, Խծաբերդ (Խծաբերդ, Քարինգ, Պերտոսաշեն, Սպիտակաշեն գյուղեր), Հին թաղեր, Թաղավարդ, Չարեքտար, Բերձոր, Աղավնո, Քարեգահ, Ներքին Սուս (Սուս, Գիհուտ, Ներքին Սուս, Ուրմիա գյուղեր)։
Միջոցառման շահառու չեն հանդիսանում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 21-ի որոշմամբ (աջակցության գումարի չափ՝ 300 000) հաստատված՝ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սկսված պատերազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության վերահսկողության տակ անցած համայնքներում հաշվառված քաղաքացիների աջակցության միջոցառման շահառուները։
Միանվագ դրամական օգնությունը տրամադրում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության սոցիալական ապահովության ծառայությունը՝ էլեկտրոնային եղանակով ներկայացվող դիմումի հիման վրա։
