Կարճվել է «Արցախգազ»-ի դեմ հարուցված վարչական վարույթը
ECONOMICSՏարեվերջյան նիստում Արցախի հանրային ծառայությունները և տնտեսական մրցակցությունը կարգավորող պետական հանձնաժողովը որոշում է ընդունել, ըստ որի՝ կարճվել է «Արցախգազ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության կողմից գերիշխող դիրքի հնարավոր չարաշահման վերաբերյալ հարուցված վարչական վարույթը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Արցախի հանրային ծառայությունները և տնտեսական մրցակցությունը կարգավորող պետական հանձնաժողովից:
Հանձնաժողովի աշխատակազմի տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության բաժնի մասնագետների կողմից այս տարվա օգոստոսի 24-ին Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքում իրականացված դիտանցումների արդյունքում արձանագրվել է, որ սեղմված գազի գինն աճել է՝ 1 խորանարդ մետրի համար 20 դրամի չափով՝ նախկին 220 դրամի փոխարեն՝ կազմելով 240 դրամ:
Օրենքով սահմանված կարգով հանձնաժողովը` 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 21-ի որոշմամբ, «Արցախգազ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության նկատմամբ հարուցել էր վարչական վարույթ` հաշվետու ժամանակաշրջանում սեղմված գազի շրջանառության ոլորտում գերիշխող դիրքի հնարավոր չարաշահումների վերաբերյալ:
«Արցախգազ»-ի կողմից համապատասխան տեղեկատվություն ներկայացնելուց հետո հանձնաժողովը համապատասխան վերլուծության հիման վրա 1 խմ սեղմված գազի գինը նվազեցրել է 5 դրամով (իրացման գինը՝ 235 դրամ), իսկ օգոստոսի 29-ին՝ ևս 5 դրամով (իրացման գինը՝ 230 դրամ): Հաշվի առնելով, որ ընկերությունը նվազեցնելով սեղմված գազի իրացման գինը 10 դրամով փաստացի վերացրել է օրենքով սահմանված խախտումը, հանձնաժողովը կարճել է «Արցախգազ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության կողմից գերիշխող դիրքի հնարավոր չարաշահման վերաբերյալ հարուցված վարչական վարույթը:
