Հարգելի զինակիցներ,

 

Ավարտվում է հերթական տարին: Մեր ժողովուրդը շրջում է իր պատմության բարդագույն էջերից մեկը: 2020թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմը խոր վերքեր է թողել յուրաքանչյուրիս հոգում: Թշնամու ագրեսիան կասեցնելիս նահատակվել են մեր ժողովրդի հազարավոր զավակներ՝ իրենց զոհաբերությամբ խափանելով Արցախն ամբողջովին հայաթափելու հրեշավոր ծրագիրը: Այս պատերազմի ընթացքում հայ մարտիկը կռվել է Ադրբեջանի, Թուրքիայի և միջազգային ահաբեկչության միացյալ ուժերի դեմ: Այո՛, պատերազմը չի ավարտվել այնպես, ինչպես մենք կցանկանայինք, սակայն հայ զինվորը, ծանրագույն մարտերի ընթացքում զոհաբերելով իր կյանքը, կորցնելով իր առողջությունը, ստիպված լինելով թողնել հայրենիքի մի մասը, չի կորցրել իր պատիվը: Թշնամական դաշինքի բացարձակ գերակայության պայմաններում հայ մարտիկների կատարածը, որը կարելի է բնութագրել միայն անօրինակ տոկունություն բառերով, հնարավոր է դարձրել մի իրողություն, ինչի հետ հաշվի է նստում ամբողջ աշխարհը. Արցախը վիրավոր է, սակայն Արցախը կա՛ և Արցախը լինելու՛ է:

 

 

 

Փառք հայրենքի պաշտպանության ժամանակ բոլոր նահատակվածներին: Նրանք հավերժ ապրելու են մեր ժողովրդի հավաքական հիշողության մեջ:

 

Կորստի վիշտը բոլորինս է, բոլորինս է նաև մեր գործը շարունակելու պարտքը:
Յուրաքանչյուր Ամանոր անցնող տարին գնահատելու, իմաստավորելու և նոր տարվա նպատակները սահմանելու առիթ է: Այո՛, այսօր ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք, սակայն դա չպետք է դառնա հուսալքվելու պատճառ: 2021 թվականը թո՛ղ լինի մեկնարկային կետ, որից պետք է շարժվենք առաջ՝ լի վճռականությամբ ու հավատով, պատրաստ միասնաբար իրականություն դարձնել այն նպատակները, որոնց համար իրենց կյանքը զոհաբերել են մեր քույրերն ու եղբայրները:
