Փորձագետ. Արցախում զբոսաշրջությունը ձեռք է բերում ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլ նաեւ քաղաքական նշանակություն
SOCIETYԱրցախը մեծ նշանակություն է ունեցել եւ կունենա հայկական զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում, վերջին տարիներին այս ուղղությունը շատ դինամիկ է զարգացել: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասաց Հայաստանի Զբոսաշրջության ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Մեխակ Ապրեսյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ 2019-ին Արցախ է այցելել 42 000 զբոսաշրջիկ, ինչը մոտ 47%-ով ավելի է, քան 2018-ին:
«Անհրաժեշտ է շարունակել անել ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի նույնիս ներկա պայմաններում ապահովվի Արցախում զբոսաշրջության հետագա զարգացումը: Վերջին իրադարձությունների լույսի ներքո սա կարեւոր է ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլ նաեւ քաղաքական, սոցիալական, պատմական եւ մշակութային տեսանկյունից: Սա վերաբերում է նաեւ պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների պահպանությանը: Արտասահմանցի զբոսաշրջիկները պետք է քաջատեղյակ լինեն Արցախի հայկական մշակութային ժառանգությանը: Բացի այդ, զբոսաշրջությունն, իհարկե, հզոր գործիք է տնտեսության վերականգնման եւ զարգացման համար: Ցանկալի է, որ մենք կարողանանք աշխարհին նորովի բացահայտել ամբողջ հայկական զբոսաշրջության, մասնավորապես, Արցախի ներուժը»,- նշեց Ապրեսյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ երկրի տնտեսական կապերի ապաշրջափակումը շատ ուժեղ է անդրադառնում, առաջին հերթին, զբոսաշրջության վրա, քանի որ շատ կարեւոր է մուտք ունենալ դեպի համաշխարհային շուկա, եւ այդ գործոնը հայկական զբոսաշրջության ամենալուրջ խնդիրն էր:
«Մենք ելք չունենք դեպի ծով, չորս սահմաններից երկուսը դեռ փակ են: Այս գործոնները միշտ լուրջ խոչընդոտ են հանդիսացել ամբողջ տնտեսության զարգացման համար»,- պարզաբանեց փորձագետը:
Ապրեսյանն ընդգծեց, որ Զբոսաշրջության ֆեդերացիան մտադիր է ոլորտի զարգացման համար նոր նախագծեր ներկայացնել՝ ինչպես Արցախում, այնպես էլ Հայաստանում:
