«Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը նախօրեին Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Հուլուսի Աքարի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարել է, որ բազմաթիվ հայ զինվորականներ ձերբակալված են, որոնք ոչ թե ռազմագերիներ են, այլ ահաբեկիչներ:
Վերը նշվածից ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ այս պահին Ադրբեջանում կան գերեվարված բազմաթիվ հայ զինվորականներ, որոնց Ալիևը չի ցանկանում վերադարձնել:
Իմ խորին համոզմամբ, սա հերթական ճնշումն է Հայաստանի նկատմամբ՝ հավելյալ պահանջներ ներկայացնելու և էլի ինչ-որ բան կորզելու նպատակով:

 

Ըստ էության, Ալիևը կոպտորեն խախտում է ս.թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին Հայաստանի վարչապետի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի հետ կնքված հայտարարության 8-րդ կետի պահանջները, համաձայն որի՝ տեղի է ունենում ռազմագերիների, պատանդների և պահվող այլ անձանց ու մահացածների մարմինների փոխանակում:
Սա խոսում է Ադրբեջանի քաղաքական ղեկավարության հերթական ահաբեկչական դրսևորման մասին, ինչը չի նպաստում լարվածության թուլացմանը:

 

Հայաստանը պետք վճռականությամբ դատապարտի Ադրբեջանի նման լկտի պահվածքը և միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի կոպտագույն խախտումները և պահանջի նրանից անհապաղ, առանց որևէ նախապայմանի անմիջապես վերադարձնել իրենց մոտ պահվող բոլոր ռազմագերիներին ու պատանդներին:
Չի կարելի հանգիստ նստել տեղում ու սպասել Ալիևի բահեհաճությանը:
Ալիևի ֆաշիստական էությունը բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցներով պետք է հասցնել միջազգային հարթակներ՝ փորձելով սանձել նրան»:
