Ո՞վ է ՄԻ պաշտպանը, որ ների կամ չների ինչ-որ մեկին

Նարեկ Սամսոնյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ինստիտուտը մանր-մունր խարդավանքների և ներկուլիսային գզվռտոցի սուբյեկտի վերածլը համակարգային կոլափսի հերթական օրինակն է: Նախ, արձանագրենք, որ քանի դեռ Մարդու Իրավունքների պաշտպանի թեկնածությունն առաջադրվում է նախագահի կողմից և քվեարկվում է ԱԺ-ում, այդ ինստիտուտը հասարակության շրջանում իշխանամետ համբավ է վայելում: Եվ, իրականում, ՀՀ-ում երբևէ եղած ՄԻ պաշտպաններն իրենց կեցվածքով ապացուցել են, որ իրենք, իրենց հիմնական գործառույթները թողած, զբաղվել են ամեն ինչով:
Ներկայիս ՄԻ պաշտպանը, սակայն, հայտնվել է լիովին այլ իրավիճակում. ուրեմն, բացի այն, որ Կարեն Անդրեասյանը բուռն քննադատվում է ընդդիմադիր գործիչների և իրավապաշտպան գործունեությամբ զբաղվող ՀԿ-ների կողմից, հիմա էլ ինչ-որ ներքին գզվռտոցի մեջ է մտել իշխանական երիտասարդների հետ:
Իհարկե, Անդրեասյանն իրավունք ունի իր անձնական հաշիվներն ունենալ այս կամ այն մարդկու կամ մարդկանց խմբի հետ, բայց ի՞նչ է նշանակում իր անձնական մութ գործերը խառնել ՄԻՊ ինստիտուտի հետ: Ուղղակիորեն չեմ կարողանում հասկանալ ինչպե՞ս կարող է ՄԻՊ գրասենյակն իրենց թույլ տալ «ՄԻ պաշտպանը ներում է այսինչին կամ այնինչին» վերտառությամբ հայտարարություններ երկնել: Ո՞վ է ՄԻ պաշտպանը, որ ների կամ չների ինչ-որ մեկին: Կամ ի՞նչ իրավունք ունի ՄԻ պաշտպանը ենթադրությունների վրա հիմնված հայտարարություններ անել և իր անձնական հաշիվները խառնել ՄԻՊ գրասենյակի հետ:
Կարեն Անդրեասյանին ուղղակի խորհուրդ եմ տալիս սառը ջուր խմել և վերջիվերջո հասկանալ, որ ՄԻՊ-ի ինստիտուտը «ջահելություն» անելու վայր չէ, այլ կառույց է, որի միջոցով ՀՀ քաղաքացիները պետք է փորձեն վերականգնել պետական մարմինների կողմից ոտնահարված իրենց իրավունքները:
Հ.Գ. Երբեք վստահությամբ չեմ վերաբերվել վերոգրյալ կառույցին, բայց Կարեն Անդրեասյանն իր գործունեությամբ կրկնապատկեց այդ անվստահությունը: Փաստորեն, մեր երկրում ՄԻ պաշտպան են նշանակում երիտասարդական տաքարյունությամբ և հանրության շրջանում մարդկանց ներում շնորհող դիլետանտների:
