Քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառւմ է կատարել.

«Մինչ մենք քննարկում ենք, թե ԽՍՀՄ տարիներին Շուռնուխը ո՞ր երկրի կազմում էր, դավաճան Նիկոլը զորք է դուրս բերում Արցախից։ Հերթափոխի անվան տակ տղերքին ՀՀ են բերում, հետո էլ հայտարարում, թե ադրբեջանցիները թույլ չեն տալիս, որպեսզի զինվորները հետ վերադառնան իրենց ծառայության վայր։ Եվ դա անընդհատ է կրկնվում։
Ես պետք է անկեղծ ասեմ՝ ինձ ապշեցնում է Հայրենիքի հանդեպ մեր ժողովրդի այս աստիճան անտարբերությունը։ Ժողովրդի լայն զանգվածները դեռ մի կողմ դնենք՝ բա մտավորականությու՞նը։ Բա քաղաքական, ռազմական, հոգևոր վերնախա՞վը։ Ո՞նց էլի, ո՞նց է կարողանում մի ստոր դավաճանն այսպես խաբել ողջ ազգին։
Ուրեմն ասեմ, իմացեք՝ Շուռնուխից հետո Արարատի մարզի Տիգրանաշեն (Քյարքի) գյուղն է թշնամուն հանձնելու։ Միայն չհարցնեք, թե որտեղից իմացա։ Պատասխանը կա համացանցում, մտեք և կարդացեք Ռուսաստանի Անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայության (ФСБ) դեռևս մեկուկես ամիս առաջ հրապարակած հաղորդագրությունը, որտեղ սևով սպիտակի վրա գրված է, որ Երասխից բացի նաև Պարույր Սևակ գյուղում են անցակետ տեղադրելու։ Հետո քարտեզի վրա գտեք Պարույր Սևակ գյուղն ու ամեն ինչ պարզ կդառնա։ Շարունակությունն էլ ասե՞մ…
Հիմա խնդրում եմ դուք ինձ բացատրեք՝ ինչու՞ ենք մենք այդքան ծանր տանում Շուռնուխի հանձնումը, բայց չենք նկատում ճիշտ նույն պահին Արցախից մնացած վերջին բեկորների փաստացի կորուստը։ Որովհետև Շուռնուխը ՀՀ տարածքու՞մ է։ Լու՞րջ։ Մինչև հիմա Հայաստան ու Արցա՞խ ենք անում։ Դե ի՞նչ ասեմ, ուրեմն եկեք պատրաստվենք Տիգրանաշենի դեպքերին...»:
