Ղարաբաղի ցորենը չկա, մյուս տարի մենք հացի պրոբլեմ ենք ունենալու։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 4-ին, հրավիրված ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտնեց ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանը։
«Այսօր առեւտուրը, բեռնաշրջանառությունը կանգնած է, արտաքին առեւտրի 15 տոկոսը չկա։ Ղարաբաղի ցորենը չկա։ Մյուս տարի մենք հացի պրոբլեմ ենք ունենալու։ Ղարաբաղից ունենք 70 հազար փախստական, պետք է տուն կառուցենք։ Վստահ եմ, որ այստեղ էլ սխալ որոշումներ կկայացնեն։ Վստահ եմ, որ բոլոր լուծումներից Փաշինյանն անելու է վատագույնը։ Ես ասում եմ՝ ավելի ուշ հացի խնդիր կլինի երկրում։ Սոված վիճակ կլինի մարտ, ապրիլ, մայիս ամիսներին։ Լավ բան քիչ եմ տեսնում։ Լուրջ հողային կորուստներ ունենք, որոնք զգացնել կտան ցորենի, մսի, կաթի արտադրության մեջ», - ասաց նա։
Նրա խոսքով՝ ամեն հանձնված տարածքի եւ գյուղի հետ Հայաստանը ռեսուրսներ է կորցնում, որոնք կարող են հանգեցնել պարենային ճգնաժամի։ Կենտրոնական բանկն ամեն օր հալեցնում է մեր պահուստները։ Միայն հոկտեմբերին 500 միլիոն դոլար փող ծախսեց, մսխվեց։
Բագրատյանը շեշտեց, որ Փաշինյանի՝ վարչապետի պաշտոնին մնալու դեպքում իր ասածները լինելու են մեկ առ մեկ. «Հերթական գյուղերի հանձնում, Քյարքին է հաջորդը, հետո Տավուշի մարզի գյուղերն են, մենք հետ չենք ստանում Արծվաշենը, Կիրովաբադը հետ չենք ստանում, Բաքվի կենտրոնը հետ չենք ստանում։ Հետո Ալիեւն ասում է՝ փախստականների խնդիր ունեմ, պիտի վերադառնան, իսկ մենք չենք կարողանում ասել՝ մերն էլ պիտի վերադառնան»։
Բագրատյանի կարծիքով՝ առաջին քայլը երկրում պետք է լինի սահմանների մասին փաստաթուղթ ստորագրելը։ Պետք է հարկային ռեֆորմ անել, գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվներ ստեղծել, բացել նոր ատոմակայան։
«Բանակը զինվելու խնդիր չունի՝ Ռուսաստանը եւ Չինաստանը լիովին կզինեն մեզ։ Խնդիրն էն ա, որ մենք զենքերից կրակել չգիտենք։ Իմ նախորդ ծրագրերում ես հայտարարել էի, որ պարտադիր ծառայության զինվորը պիտի ստանա միջին աշխատավարձ, հայրենիքը պաշտպանելու գործը պակաս կարեւոր չի, ինչքան միջին գործը, որն անում են մարդիկ»,- նշեց նա։
