Զոհերի, գերիների, անհետ կորածների թիվը երբևէ պետական գաղտնիք չի եղել: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Ընդդեմ իրավական կամայականությունների» ՀԿ նախագահ, ՀՀ առաջին ՄԻՊ Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ՀՀ ՊՆ-ի այն պնդմանը, թե չի կարող հայտնել Ադրբեջանում գտնվող հայ գերիների, անհետ կորած և նահատակված հայ զինվորականների թիվը, քանի որ դա պետական գաղտնիք:

Նա ընդգծեց՝ պետությունը նոյեմբերի 9-ին՝ փաստաթուղթը ստորագրելուց առաջ պետք է պահանջեր ժամանակ, որ դուրս բերվեին այն բոլոր զինծառայողները, որոնք գտնվում էին Ադրբեջանին հանձնվող տարածքներում:

«Ինքս դեռ նոյոմբերի 10-ին վրդովմունքս հայտնել եմ, որ, կարծես թե, ավելի մեծ նշանակություն են տվել հողերին, քան մարդկանց: Այդ փաստաթղթում զրոյացված է  մարդու կյանքի գինը: Դա աններելի է փաստաթուղթն ստորագրած բոլոր երեք կողմերի համար»,-ասաց նա:

Ըստ Ալավերդյանի՝ պետությունը պետք է ունենար զորակոչվածների, վերադարձածների, ներառյալ՝ վիրավորներինը, ինչպես նաև զոհվածների թիվը, որոնք հայտնաբերվել են: «Այդ դեպքում զորակոչվածների մեջ հստակ ցուցակով անուն առ անուն կերևար՝ ովքեր են անհետ կորածները: Այստեղ թերացումն ուղղակի աչքի է զարնում»,-նշեց նա:

Ալավերդյանն ընդգծեց՝ թեև ինքը չի ուզում քաղաքականացնել անհետ կորածների, զոհված զինծառայողների, գերիների հարցը, բայց իշխանությունները, կարծես, քաղաքականացնում են:

«ՀՀ ներկա իշխանություններն առաջինը չեն մարդկության պատմության մեջ, որոնք մաս-մաս, հատվածական տրամադրելով զոհերի, գերիների մասին տեղեկությունները՝ փորձում են իրենցից հեռացնել հանրային դժգոհությունը, որը կարող է զանգվածային բնույթ ստանալ: Պետք է լինել հետևողական տեղեկութունների տրամադրելու հարցում: Դա պետության պարտավորությունն է: Եթե պետությունը չի ուզում լայն հանրությանը հայտնել այդ տեղեկությունները, առնվազն բոլոր ծնողները պետք է տեղեկացված լինեն, մինչդեռ այն բողոքները, որ լսում ենք մինչ այժմ, միանշանակ վկայում են, որ դա մինչև հիմա չի արվել»,-ասաց նա:

Իրավապաշտպանն ընդգծեց, որ պետությունը, պատկան կառույցները պարտավոր են ուշադրություն դրսևորել նաև Արցախյան նախկին պատերազմում անհետ կորած անձանց գտնելու, նրանց ընտանքիներին աջակցելու հարցում:

«Պետական մարմինները պարտավոր են նույնչափ զբաղվել թե՛ նախկին, թե՛ այս պատերազմի ընթացքում անհետ կորածների հարցով, նրանց ընտանիքների սոցիալական խնդիրներով»,-ասաց նա:

Ալավերդյանը նկատեց՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, թե նոյեմեբերի 9-ից հետո գերեվարված զինծառայողները ոչ թե գերիներ են, այլ ահաբեկիչներ, որովհետև զենքը ձեռքերին՝ հայտնվել են զինադադարը հայտարարելուց հետո: «Ալիևը չարաչար սխալվում է, նրա հայտարարությունը հումանիտար իրավունքի կոպիտ խախտում է»,-ընդգծեց ՀՀ առաջին ՄԻՊ-ը:
