Հունիսի 24-ին Լեւոն Զուրաբյանը Ստրասբուրգում հանդիպել է ԵԽԽՎ Գերմանիայի պատվիրակությանը՝ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, Հայաստանի հարցով համազեկուցող Աքսել Ֆիշերի գլխավորությամբ։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում Զուրաբյանը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները, էլեկտրաէներգիայի բարձրացման դեմ պայքարի օրեցօր թափ հավաքող պայքարը, ինչպես նաեւ ցուցարարների, քաղաքացիների եւ լրագրողների դեմ տեղի ունցած բռնությունների մանրմասները։
ՀԱԿ-ից հայտնում են, որ զրույցի ընթացքում ներկայացվել է Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության եւ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ընդհանուր պատկերը, մասնավոապես՝ ընտրական ինստիտուտի ոչնչացումը իշխանությունների կողմից, այսպես կոչված Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների իրական ու բուն նպատակները, հեռուստատեսության նկատմամբ իշխանության կողմից տոտալ վերահսկողությունը եւ գրաքննությունը, քաղբանտարկյալների վերաբերյալ խնդիրները։
