Կոտայքի մարզում Opel-ի 57-ամյա վարորդը անզգուշաբար անցել է փողոցում ընկած 29-ամյա տղամարդու վրայով

Այսօր՝ հունվարի 7-ին, վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում: Ժամը 18:50-ի սահմաններում Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ, 57-ամյա Հովհաննես Հ.-ն իր վարած Opel մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Զովունի-Քանաքեռավան-Մրգաշեն ավտոճանապարհի 2-րդ կմ հատվածում վրաերթի է ենթարկել հետիոտն, Քանաքեռավան գյուղի բնակիչ, 29-ամյա Գառնիկ Ս.-ին:

Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, վարորդը փախուստի չի դիմել, զանգահարել է շտապօգնություն, օգնել է վրաերթի ենթարկվածին տեղափոխել «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն, որից հետո կատարվածի մասին տեղեկացրել է ոստիկանություն:

Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Արթուր Պետրոսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Տիգրան Քոթանջյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Օպերատիվորեն ժաանել է նաև ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ անչափահասների գործերով բաժանմունքի ավագ տեսուչ Հարություն Արսենյանի և ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնի ՊՊԾ դասակի հրամանատար Հրանտ Եսայանի գլխավորությամբ:

Ժամանել է նաև ՃՈ 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Արամ Ադիբեկյանը:

Վրաերթի մասին ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Երվանդ Ալեքսանյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նաիրիի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ ավագ քննիչ Սերյոժա Սեդրակյանի գլխավորությամբ, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում:

Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածները ասում էին, որ վրաերթի ենթարկվածը առողջական խնդիրներ ունի և ամեն անգամ նշված հատվածում ինչ-որ պարկ ուսին դրած գնում գալիս է:

Վրաերթի ենթարկվելուց առաջ նրա ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է և ընկել ու ճանապարհի մթության պատճառով վարորդն էլ չի նկատել և անզգուշաբար անցել է նրա վրայով:

Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվում է ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:
Վարորդը տեղում ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության, պարզվել է, որ նա եղել է սթափ:
