Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել, որում մասնավորապես նշել է նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության հետագա իրագործման իրենց առաջնահերթությունները:
«1. Հայտարարության 8-րդ կետի լիարժեք իրագործում. ըստ այդմ պետք է տեղի ունենա գերիների, պատանդների եւ այլ պահվող անձանց, ինչպես նաեւ մարմինների լիարժեք փոխանակում: Մեզ համար կարեւոր է նաեւ տեղի ունեցած ռազմական գործողությունների գոտում ծավալուն որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքների իրագործումը:
2. Տարածաշրջանի բոլոր տնտեսական եւ տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների ապաշրջափակում, ինչը նշանակում է ինչպես Հայաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանի տարածքով բեռնափոխադրումներ եւ տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցություն դեպի Ռուսաստան եւ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետություն, այնպես էլ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի տարածքով բեռնափոխադրումներ եւ տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցություն՝ դեպի Նախիջեւան:
Կրկին ուշադրություն եմ հրավիրում այն փաստի վրա, որ նոյեմբերի 10-ի հայտարարության մեջ չկա ոչ «Մեղրի» ոչ էլ ՀՀ որեւէ տարածքի առնչությամբ «միջանցք» արտահայտություն:
Հայաստանից դեպի Ռուսաստան եւ Ադրբեջանից դեպի Նախիջեւան հաղորդակցության երթուղիների ընտրությունը առանձին քննարկման թեմա է, որի արդյունավետության կարեւոր պայման է գերիների, պատանդների, այլ պահվող անձանց, զոհվածների մարմինների փոխանակման, ինչպես նաեւ անհետ կորածների որոնողական աշխատանքների ծավալների եւ արդյունավետության բարձրացումը»,- գրել է Փաշինյանը:
