Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը կոչ է անում օր առաջ հասնել ՀՀ վարչապետի հրաժարականին

ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ
Արցախի հիմնախնդրի և միջազգային հարաբերությունների վերաբերյալ Արցախի և Հայաստանի իշխանությունների պարտվողական կեցվածքը, տրամագծորեն հակառակ քաղաքական հայտարարությունները հանգեցրեցին նրան, որ աշխարհը սկսեց Ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդիրն ընկալել ոչ թե ինքնորոշման իրավունքի համար մղվող պայքար, այլ որպես զուտ տարածքային վեճ, որի աղետալի հետևանքները հայ ազգը կրում է այսօր:
44 օր շարունակ խաղաղ բնակչության ամենօրյա ռմբակոծությամբ, արգելված զինատեսակների օգտագործմամբ, գերիների խոշտանգմամբ պատերազմական հանցագործությունների համար չպատժված Իլհամն արդեն իրեն իրավունք է վերապահում վերահսկել հայ կամ այլ պաշտոնյաների ելքն ու մուտքը Արցախ։ Միջազգային հանրության անտարբերության, Հայաստանի և Արցախի իշխանությունների քար լռության ներքո հոխորտում է, թե` Արցախը «իրենց տարածքն է», վախեցնում է, թե` Հայաստանից Արցախ պաշտոնյայի այցի և այդպիսվ իրեն զայրացնելու դեպքում «պատասխանը շատ կոշտ կլինի»:
Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը խստորեն դատապարտում է Ադրբեջանի քաղաքական ղեկավարության աննախադեպ ագրեսիվ և անպատասխանատու պահվածքը, կոչ է անում միջազգային հանրությանը, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ պետություններին, մասնավորապես Արցախի Հանրապետությունում խաղաղարար առաքելություն իրականացնող և կողմերի միջև հրադադարի երաշխավորը հանդիսացող Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը դատապարտել Ալիևի նման ռազմատենչ գործելաոճը, քանզի ուժի միջոցով հակամարտությունների լուծումը կարող է աղետալի նախադեպ դառնալ այս տարածաշրջանի համար:
Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը փաստում է, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությամբ հաստատված հրադադարը պետք է Արցախի Հանրապետության կարգավիճակի( մինչև հակամարտության լուծումը ստատուս քվոյի վերականգնում) և սահմանների վերականգման առումով քաղաքական բովանդակություն ստանա, այլապես առկա խնդիրներն ական են դրված տարածաշրջանի խաղաղության տակ:
Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը համոզված է, որ պարտություն կրած և կապիտուլյացիա կնքած ղեկավարի հետ բանակցելու ցանկություն կունենա միայն թշնամին, ով հունվարի 11-ին նոր ակնկալիքներ ունի, ուստի կոչ ենք անում ՀՀ բոլոր խորհրդարանական և արտախորհրդարանական քաղաքական ուժերին, հասարարակության լայն շրջանակներին օր առաջ հասնելու ՀՀ վարչապետի հրաժարականին։
