SOCIETYԱդրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը հայտնել է Արցախի Հադրութի շրջանում 62 հայերի գերեվարման մասին: Այս մասին նա գրել է ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիո Գուտերեշին ուղղված նամակում՝ գերիներին ներկայացնելով որպես «դիվերսանտներ»:
Նամակում նշվում է, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները գերեվարվել են ռազմական գործողությունների ավարտից եւ նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության ստորագրումից հետո: «Նամակում նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանի`օկուպացիայից ազատագրած Խոջավենդի շրջանի տարածքում Հայաստանի զինված ուժերը դիվերսիաներ ու սադրանքներ են իրականացնում, եւ Ադրբեջանի համապատասխան կառույցների կողմից իրականացվող հակաահաբեկչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բերման են ենթարկվել դիվերսանտների խմբավորման 62 անդամներ, ովքեր Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ են»,- գրում են ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները:
