Ժամկետային զինծառայողների հարազատներն այսօր կրկին հավաքվել են Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական համալսարանի առջև՝ պահանջով, որ իրենց զավակներին չտանեն Արցախ, քանի որ չկան անվտանգության երաշխիքներ:

Զինծառայողներից մեկի ծնողը՝ Արթիկից Արթուր Ղարամյանը, տեղեկացրեց, որ ամսի 28-ին երեխաներին բերել են հավաքակայան, որպեսզի տեղավորեն ՀՀ զորամասերում.

«Դիմել ենք ՊՆ՝ հարցերով, ոչ մի հարցի դրական պատասխան չենք տեսել, ուզեցինք երեխաների համար բժշկական հետազոտությունների հանձնաժողով ստեղծել, հարցը տվեցինք՝  մնաց անպատասխան:  Հիմա հարց է՝ մեր երեխաները 44 օր կռիվ տեսան, ու այսօր գալիս են այստեղ, սև շորեր հագածները՝ զինվորական ոստիկանները, գալիս ու ազդում են երեխաների վրա: Ի՞նչ է նշանակում՝ ձեզ կդատեն, ձեզ կտանեն ԿԳԲ-ի պադվալ. մինչև այս երեխաներին դատելը, ԿԳԲ-ի պադվալ տանելը, թող այն մարդկանց տանեն ԿԳԲ-ի պադվալ, ովքեր այս ԱԹՍ-ների փողերը կերան, ու երեխեքին թողեցին մի ավտոմատ, 4 հատ մագազին, երկու զանգուլակի»:

Արթուր Ղարամյանը նշում է, որ ակնկալում են իրավասու որևէ մարմնից որևէ պատասխան, թե ինչ պետք է լինի այս երեխաների վիճակը. «Երեխաների մեջ այսօր այն հոգեկան ապրումներն են, որ երեխաները դարձել են անկառավարելի:

Երեկ եղել ենք կառավարության շենքում: Նաիրին եկավ: Նաիրի Սարգսյանին հարցերը տվեցինք, Նաիրի Սարգսյանն էլ անգամ չգիտեր՝ ինչ պատասխաներ:

Այսօրվա օրը Նիկոլը պետք է գնա Մոսկվա, հարցեր կա, ինքը չի կարող մեզ ընդունել, ես էլ իրեն ասեցի՝ դե, որ Նիկոլը մեզ չի կարող ընդունել,  խնդրում ենք բոլոր ծնողների անունից՝ թող մինչև ամսի 11-ը՝ Փաշինյանը հետ կգա Մոսկվայից, նոր երեխաներին տեղաշարժեն, բայց այսօր իմացանք, որ գիշերը 22 երեխայի զոռով նստացրել են ավտոները, տարել են:

Կոտրված երկիր ենք, վերջը մեր երեխաների վիճակի համար ո՞վ պետք է պատասխան տա, եթե երեխաներին տանում են Արցախ, ուրեմն, ով որ երաշխավոր կկանգնի, իր կյանքի գնով պետք է կանգնի: Կյանքը՝ կյանքի դիմաց, վերջ: Թող գան մեզ պատասխան տան. էս ծնողները մեղք են՝ ոչ քուն ունեն, ոչ դադար. մի հատ դրական բան ասող չկա:

Վարչապետն է զբաղված՝ խնդիր չկա, ԱԺ նախագահ ունենք, Ավինյան ունենք, փոխվարչապետ ունենք»:

«Երեկ Նաիրիին ասում եմ՝ մենք կոտրված երկիր ենք, ինձ ասում է՝ հնարավոր չէ, դե հնարավոր չէ՝  ռայոնով ֆռանք, սաղ Հայաստանով մեկ էնպիսի գյուղ չկա՝ սև լենտ չլինի՝ 18 տարեկանից սկսած»,- եզրափակեց զինծառայողի ծնողը:
