Որոշել էի մինչև պատերազմի վերջնական ավարտը չխոսել ձեզ հետ որպես զինվորական, որը հասկանում է զինվորական գործողություններից, դրանց նախապատրաստվելուց և այլ հարցերի մասին, բայց երբ դուք բոլորդ՝ որպես երկրի ղեկավար, փորձում եք ձեր վրայից գցեք ձեր պատասխանատվությունը, ու դա բարդեք ամբողջ մի ժողովրդի վրա, որ 40 օր շարունակ հավատաց ձեզ, ու արեց ամենաանհնարինը, դուք հիմա կանգնեք ու նրանց անվանեք դավաճան, սա մեղմ ասած ՇԱՆՏՂՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ է:
Խնդրեմ եթե ձեզանից որևիցե մեկը ունի հյուլեի չափ արժանապատվություն այս հարցերի պատասխանը տվեք, որպեսզի հետագայում մեր ժողովուրդը կարողանա արդարացնել ձեզ ձեր բացթողումների համար:
2. Դուք գիտեիք վերահաս պատերազմի մասին, տեղյակ էիք, թե ինչ զինատեսակներով են կռվելու մեր դեմ, քանի որ ավելի քան մեկ ամիս մեր քթի տակ զորավարժություն էին իրականացնում, ու դուք մանրամասն տեղեկություն էիք ստանում կիրառված զինատեսակների մասին, ի՞նչ արեցիք: Իրականության մեջ ոչինչ… բայց դուք պատասխանեք…
3. Տեղյակ լինելով ամիսներ շարունակ մեր մարտական դիրքերի վրա թռնող ազերական ԱԹՍ-ների մասին, ի՞նչ միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկեցիք մեր ՀՕՊ համակարգի և այլ տեղակայված զինտեխնիկայի քողարկման համար…Պատերազմը սկսելուց հետո ազգի կանայք դրանցից էին գործում, ուր ասես դպրոցից մինչև օպերայի դահլիճ…Իսկ դուք դա գիտեիք, որ պետք է…
4.Դուք տեղեկացված էիք երկարատեև պատերազմի մասին, ինչո՞ւ հավելյալ զինամթերք չգնեցիք ու չբերեցիք երկիր: Արդեն ապրիլյան պատերազմից դուք գիտեիք, որ իրենք կիրառելու են շատ մեծ քանակությամբ ԱԹՍ-ներ, ինչո՞ւ դրա հակազդող զենքը չգնեցիք ու չտեղափոխեցիք ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆ, որ այդքան զոհ չտայինք առաջին իսկ օրերին:
5.Դուք ԳԻՏԵԻՔ ՎԵՐԱՀԱՍ ՊԱՏԵՐԱԶՄԻ ՄԱՍԻՆ… ինչո՞ւ հարաբերություններ փչացրեցիք մեր ռազմավարական գործընկերների հետ… Դավիթ, Օնիկ ձեր երկուսին չէր հետաքրքրո՞ւմ, թե ինչու ամիսներ ի վեր Իրանը ռազմական կցորդ չի ուղարկում, դա ձեզ չէ՞ր մտահոգում… Նիկոլ, դու իմանալով, որ քո միակ ազատ ելքը ու վստահելին Իրանն է, ինչո՞ւ պատերազմի սկսելուց ընդամենը օրեր առաջ, բացում ես դեսպանատուն Իսրայելում, ԱՄՆ-ին տուրք տալով… Երբ դրանից օրեր առաջ քեզ ասել էին, որ ՍԵՊՏԵՄԲԵՐԻ 27-ի առավոտյան սկսելու է պատերազմը:
6. Իմանալով հանդերձ պատերազմի մեջ կարևորը վիրավորների կյանքը փրկելն է, ինչո՞ւ էր մեր ՀՀ ՊՆ ԳՇ-ի բուժվարչության պահեստը դատարկ, ամբողջ ազգով խանութներից ԺԳՈՒՏ, ԲԻՆՏ… հավաքում էինք, Սփյուռքը մեռավ ուղարկելով: Հիմա վաղն էլ պետք է մեր հաշմանադամ դարձած երեխերքին պրոտեզավորենք, դրա մասին մտածել ե՞ք…
7. Իմանալով վերահաս պատերազմի մասին, ի՞նչ հանձնարարականներ եք տվել ԱԳՆ-ին, ու իր փոստատար դեսպաններին… միայն թե չասեք դա պետական գաղտնիք է… քանի որ ոչ մի բան չարեցիք, ամենատարրականը… լավ չասեմ, դուք հասկացաք, եթե գիտակից եք…
8.Արայիկ, դու եղել ես ԱՐՑԱԽԻ վարչապետ, շատ երկար տարիներ, ի՞նչ արեցիր ԱՐՑԱԽԻ ՊԱՇՏՊԱՆՈՂԱԿԱՆՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ ԲԱՐՁՐԱՑՆԵԼՈՒ ՀԱՄԱՐ… փաստացի ոչինչ, ՀԷԿ-եր ավելացրեցիր քո հարստթյան վրա, որոնք այսօր պատրաստ վիճակում հասնելու են ազերներին…
