Կորցրեց միայն Հայաստանը․․․
Մոսկվայի այսօրվա հանդիպումը բոլորին բավարարում է՝ բացի Հայաստանից։ Մեր պատանդներն ու գերիները շարունակելու են մնալ Ադրբեջանի դժնդակ բանտերում։
Ռուսաստանը ֆորմալիզացրեց իր լիդերությունը տարածաշրջանում և այս հարթության վրա անկյուն քշեց ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ-ին, որը հակամարտության կարագավորման, այսպես ասած, մենեջմենթին կարող է մասնակցել միայն Մոսկվայի բացած պատուհանով։ Մոկվայի համար կարևոր էր նաև այն, որ Անկարան մասնակից չէր այսօրվա հանդիպմանն ու հայտարարությանը։
Ադրբեջանը "կանաչ լույս" վառեց Նախիջևան ու Թուրքիա տանող կոմունիկացիաների վերականգնման համար։
Նիկոլն, ըստ ամենայնի, ստացավ իր իշխանությունը երկարաձգելու քարտբլանշ։
Կորցրեց միայն Հայաստանը, որի տասնյակ գերեվարված որդիների ճակատագիրը մնաց մշուշոտ՝ զոհաբերվելով Մոսկվայի, Բաքվի ու Նիկոլի օրակարգերին։
Հ․գ-Ես դեմ չեմ տրանսպորտային և տնտեսական ենթակառուցվածքների ապաշրջափակմանը, բայց երկու կարևոր բաղադրիչով՝ նախ պետք էր լուծել բոլոր գերիների վերադարձի հարցը, և երկրորդ՝ ունենալ հստակ երաշխիքներ, որ Ադրբեջանին ու Նախիջևանին կապող կոմունիակցիան գտնվելու է Հայաստանի սուվերեն վերահսկողության տակ։ Երկու նախապայմաններն էլ բավարարված չեն, Հայաստանի կապիտուլյացիան շարունակվում է․․․
