«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջեւ ռազմագերիների փոխանակման հարցը մինչեւ վերջ լուծված չէ, բայց կողմերը պայմանավորվել են շարունակել աշխատանքը: Երեկ Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարներ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Վլադիմիր Պուտինի եւ Իլհամ Ալիեւի՝ պատերազմից հետո առաջին հանդիպումից հետո այդ մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետը: Նա նշեց, թե հանդիպման ժամանակ այդ հարցի կարգավորմանը հասնել չեն կարողացել:

Նկատենք՝ հայկական կողմն այս բանակցությունների նախօրեին հայտարարել էր, թե հիմնական թեման բանակցությունների հենց գերիների հարցն է: Ադրբեջանում գտնվող հայ գերիների մասին, սակայն, հստակ տեղեկություն չկա: Երկու օր առաջ Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարությունը մասնավորապես ասել էր, թե այնտեղ են գտնվում 62 հայ զինվորականներ, որոնց Բաքուն ռազմագերի չի համարում, այլ ահաբեկիչ, քանի որ նրանք գերեվարվել են հրադադարից հետո:

Սակայն մոսկովյան առաջին հանդիպումից հետո Փաշինյանը նշեց, թե համաձայնություն ձեռք չի բերվել, իսկ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակը մնում է չկարգավորված խնդիրներից մեկը: «Իհարկե, մեզ, ընդհանուր առմամբ, հաջողվեց ապահովել հրադադարի ռեժիմը, բայց դեռ շատ հարցեր կան, որ պետք է լուծվեն:
Այդ հարցերից մեկը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակն է: Իհարկե, Հայաստանը պատրաստ է շարունակել բանակցությունները ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակներում, մասնավորապես, այս հարցի շուրջ»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը: Ստացվում է՝ այն նպատակը, որի համար Փաշինյանը մեկնել էր Մոսկվա, չի իրականացել, քանի որ վերջինս խոսում էր տրանսպորտային ապաշրջափակման մասին՝ հանուն ռազմագերիների վերադարձի, սակայն իրականացավ միայն առաջին մասը:

Այսպիսով, ի՞նչ իրավիճակ ունենք հանդիպումից հետո: Հանդիպման շուրջ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը զրուցել է ռուս փորձագետ Ստանիսլավ Պրիտչինի հետ: Նա շատ կարեւոր համարեց Մոսկվայում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումը: «Եռակողմ հանդիպումը շատ կարեւոր էր, որը տեղի ունեցավ ամենաբարձր մակարդակով: Բացի այդ հայտարարությունից, այլ շատ կարեւոր հարցեր եւս քննարկվել են, որոնց մասին բարձրաձայնումներ չեղան: Բացի այդ, մենք տեսնում ենք, որ առանց ռուսական կողմի միջնորդության, չի հաջողվում հարցերը տեղից շարժել, խոսքը վերաբերում է նաեւ հայտարարությունում նշված կետերին, այդ թվում՝ տրանսպորտային ճանապարհներին, տնտեսական կապերին:

Միայն ռուսական կողմի միջնորդությամբ հնարավոր կլինի կողմերին նստեցնել բանակցությունների սեղանին: Իհարկե, բոլոր հարցերի լուծումը մեծ ջանքեր է պահանջում եւ մեծ աշխատանք, որին ռուսական կողմը պատրաստ է», – վստահեցրեց փորձագերը։
Այսպիսով, պետք է փաստենք, որ Ալիեւն իր համար ղարաբաղյան կոնֆլիկտը համարում է լուծված, իսկ մենք դեռ ոչ միայն ռազմագերիների, այլեւ Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարց ու մի շարք այլ անորոշություններ ունենք։ Պատերազմից հետո ունենք բզկտված ներքին կյանք ու կորսված հայրենիք։
