ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը Մոսկվայում է

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության գլխավոր դատախազ Իգոր Կրասնովի հրավերով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը գտնվում է ՌԴ մայրաքաղաք Մոսվայում՝ մասնակցելու ՌԴ դատախազության աշխատակցի օրվան նվիրված հանդիսավոր միջոցառումներին:
Մասնագիտական տոնի կապակցությամբ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը շնորհավորել է ՌԴ իր գործընկերներին՝ նշելով, որ ՌԴ դատախազությունն ունի պատկառելի՝ շուրջ 300-ամյա պատմական անցյալ, որի ընթացքում կուտակած փորձի հիման վրա շարունակում է զարգանալ ժամանակի նոր պահանջներին ու մարտահրավերներին համահունչ:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը նշել է, որ ՀՀ և ՌԴ դատախազությունների միջև ձևավորված փոխըմբռնման բարձր մակարդակը նպաստում է միջազգային հանցավորության դեմ ընդհանուր պայքարում երկկողմ և բազմակողմ ձևաչափերով ակտիվ գործակցությանը, իրավական փոխօգնության կառուցակարգերի արդյունավետ իրականացմանը, միմյանց երկրներումմեր քաղաքացիների իրավունքների քրեաիրավական պաշտպանությանը, որը սնվում է երկու պետությունների դաշնակցային, բարեկամական հարաբերություններից, պատմական, մշակութային ու քաղաքակրթական ընդհանրությունների էությունից:
Արթուր Դավթյանը կարևորել է հատկապես արցախյան վերջին պատերազմից հետո ստեղծված նոր իրավիճակում ՌԴ դատախազության աշխատակիցներիկողմից Արցախի Հանրապետությունում քրեաիրավական ոլորտում ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերի սպասարկման շրջանակներում իրականացվող աշխատանքը, որը նպաստում է օրինապահությանը, ռուս զինծառայողների կողմից իրենց ծառայողական պարտականությունների բնականոն իրականացմանը, հայկական զինված ուժերի ծառայողների, Արցախի բնակչության հետ փոխադարձ հարգանքի և վստահության վրա խարսխված հարաբերությունների հաստատմանը, տարածաշրջանում կայունության և խաղաղության երաշխավորմանը, ինչն իր հերթին բխում է Արցախում բնականոն կյանքի վերականգնման, մեր հայրենակիցների անվտանգության, Արցախի զարգացման հեռանկարներից:
Ելնելով վերոնշյալից՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետությունում ծառայություն իրականացնող ՌԴ դատախազության 4 աշխատակիցներ Արցախի Հանրապետությունում իրավակարգի ամրապնդման և ՀՀ դատախազության հետ համագործակցության գործում ունեցած ներդրման համար ՌԴ դատախազության աշխատակցի օրվա առթիվ պարգևատրվել են համապատասխան մեդալնելով և կրծքանշանով:
