Ավետիսյանների սպանությունից վեց տարի անց հարազատները պահանջում են գործի վերաբացում

Գյումրիում վեց  տարի սպանված Ավետիսյանների ժառանգները պահանջում են քրեական  գործի վերաբացում, խնդրում ֆինանսական աջակցություն՝ բնակարանի վերանորոգման եւ քննությունը ՄԻԵԴ տեղափոխելու համար։  Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեցին ժառանգները՝  Լուսինե Ավետիսյանն ու Անահիտ Կոշտոյանը։

Ավետիսյանների դուստրերը կայացված դատավճիռը համարում են ոչ հավաստի:

«Ես ուզում եմ գործը վերաբացել: Ուղղակի հնարավորություն չունեմ Եվրոպա գնալու և Եվրադատարան հասնելու: Մենք համոզված չենք, թե արդյոք գործը Եվրադատարանում է:

Փաստաբաններն ասում են՝ հասել է: Դե, թող մի թուղթ ցույց տան, տեսնենք՝ ո՞ր վարույթում է գործը: Չկա նման բան»,-ասաց Լուսինե  Ավետիսյանը:

Ժառանգները բարերարներից էլ խնդրում են վերանորոգել հայրական տունը:

«Ֆինանսական հնարավորություն ունենայինք, մենք կանեինք, բայց ես իմ ապրած տունը չեմ կարող նորոգեմ, 3 երեխա ունեմ, հազիվ եմ նրանց պահում, ես կարո՞ղ եմ այս տունը նորոգել, որ մեր երեխեքի ձեռքը բռնած կարողանանք մտնել մեր հայրական տուն»,-ավելացրին ժառանգները։

2015  թվականի  հունվարի 12-ին  Մյասնիկյան 188 տանը սպանվեցին գյումրեցի Ավետիսյանները՝ 7 անձ: Պաշտոնական մեղադրանքի համաձայն՝ սպանությունն իրականացրել էր Գյումրիում տեղակայված ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի ժամկետային զինծառայող Վալերի Պավելի Պերմյակովը, ում նկատմամբ էլ քրեական գործ հարուցվեց: Վալերի Պերմյակովը մեղադրվեց ՀՀ օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 5-րդ, 8-րդ կետերով (նախատեսում է ցմահ ազատազրկում), 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ, 4-րդ կետերով (ազատազրկում 10 տարի ժամկետով) եւ 34-329 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (ազատազրկում 2 տարի ժամկետով):

Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության համար ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտված Վալերի Պերմյակովը պատիժը կրում է ՌԴ Յամալո-Նենեցկի ինքնավար մարզի թիվ 8 ուղղիչ գաղութում՝ հատուկ պահման ռեժիմում։
