ՌԴ Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ հարցերով հանձնաժողովի առաջին փոխնախագահ Կոնսատանտին Զատուլինը «КОМСОМОЛЬСКАЯ ПРАВДА» ռադիոկայանին տված հարցազրույցում անդրադարձել է հունվարի 11-ին Մոսկվայում Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների միջև կայացած բանակցությունների արդյունքներին և վերլուծել տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված իրավիճակը:
«Երեք երկրների ղեկավարները անձամբ են քննարկել խնդիրները: Նրանք լեզվական խոչընդոտ չունեն, ինչպես գիտենք: Երեքից բացի, ուրիշ ոչ ոք մասնակցություն չուներ այս հանդիպմանը. այս ձևաչափով այն տևեց ավելի քան չորս ժամ»,- ասել է Զատուլինը։
Զատուլինը նշել է, որ բացարձակապես կասկածներ չունի՝ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տեղի ունեցածի կապակցությամբ քննարկումների համար ավելի քան բավարար հիմքեր կան․
«Դեկտեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրվեց համատեղ հայտարարություն, և ռազմական գործողությունները դադարեցին: Բայց հետո այդ սկսեցին կյանքի կոչել այդ համաձայնագիրը։ Այս համաձայնագիրն, ըստ էության, բավականին լուրջ ու սուր է»։
Անդրադառնալով Հայստանում ներքաղաքական իրավիճակին՝ Զատուլինն ընդգծել է, որ Ադբեջանն զգում է Թուրքիայի աջակցությունը և իրեն շատ ինքնավստահ է զգում։
«Երբ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը գալիս է Մոսկվա, նա բավական լավ է կողմնորոշվում, ամեն ինչ ասում է այնպես, ինչպես ուզում ենք լսել: Միևնույն ժամանակ, ես կցանկանայի նշել, որ հայկական կողմն խորագույն ընկճախտի մեջ է։ Ներքաղաքական ճգնաժամը լուծված չէ` քաղաքական կուսակցությունների մեծ մասը, Եկեղեցին և գործնականում ամբողջ երկրի մտավոր վերնախավը պահանջում են գործող վարչապետի հրաժարականը»:
