«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Գեւորգ Մուրադյանը պատերազմից հետո հրաժարական էր տվել: Եվ մայր բուհն այս պահին ո՛չ ընտրված ռեկտոր ունի, ո՛չ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ։ Տարվա վերջին օրերին վարչապետի հրամանագրով փոփոխություններ կատարվեցին ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի կազմում։ Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակի նախկին ղեկավար Վարագ Սիսեռյանին փոխարինեցին նոր ղեկավարով՝ Բագրատ Բադալյանով, վարչապետի աշխատակազմի գործերի կառավարիչ Վ. Պապիկյանին՝ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի խորհրդական Գոհար Մամիկոնյանով, Հանրայինի նախկին տնօրեն Արմեն Սարգսյանին՝ նոր տնօրեն Հովհաննես Մովսիսյանով, հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Գեւորգ Մուրադյանին՝ Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի ՏՏ բաժնի ղեկավար Ավետիք Քերոբյանով։ Վերջինս menu.am-ի սեփականատեր, այժմ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանի եղբայրն է: Զավեշտն այն է, որ այս իշխանություններն իրենց հատուկ ոճով երկու նորանշանակ անդամներին՝ Մովսիսյանին ու Քերոբյանին էլ խոստացել են հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ դարձնել: Ի դեպ, Քերոբյանին այդ պաշտոնում ընտրվելու հարցում խոստացել է աջակցել ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանը, իսկ Մովսիսյանին հովանավորում է Աննա Հակոբյանը: Համալսարանականները զայրացած են ու վստահեցնում են, որ ոչ մեկն էլ չի ընտրվելու՝ բավական է համալսարանը ներքաշեն իրենց իշխանական գզվռտոցների մեջ, ԵՊՀ-ն որբի գլուխ չէ, որ համալսարանի հետ կապ չունեցող մարդկանց փողոցից բերեն՝ ղեկավար կարգեն: Իսկ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նիստի հստակ օր դեռեւս նշանակված չէ, այս կամ հաջորդ շաբաթվա վերջին կհրավիրեն, որ ընտրեն հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ եւ քարտուղար, նաեւ լսեն ռեկտորի ԺՊ-ի տարեկան հաշվետվությունը։
