«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Այսօր ԱԺ պետաիրավական հարցերով հանձնաժողովի մշտական նիստում կքննարկվի «Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի մասին» օրենքի նախագծերի փաթեթը: 2019-ի հակակոռուպցիոն ռազմավարությամբ որոշվել էր, որ պետք է ստեղծվի հակակոռուպցիոն մեկ մարմին, որի ստեղծմամբ էլ մյուս բոլոր մարմիններում՝ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում, Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում, Քննչական կոմիտեում և Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեում, պետք է կրճատվեն կոռուպցիոն հանցագործություններ քննող հաստիքները և փոխանցվեն Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեին:
Իսկ այժմ մի քանի հետաքրքիր փաստ ներկայացնենք նախագծից․ կենտրոնի աշխատակիցների քանակը լինելու է մոտ 150, այդ թվում՝ առնվազն 30 քննիչ ու 60 օպերլիազոր: Հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոնի ստեղծման համար կառավարությունը երեկ 8 միլիարդ 203 միլիոն դրամ հատկացրեց, որը նախատեսված է ծախսել 2021-2023 թվականներին, և որից մոտ 5,1 միլիարդը՝ աշխատավարձի, կոմունալ և գրասենյակային ծախսերի, ավելի քան 5 միլիարդը՝ շենքային պայմանների, 285,5 միլիոնը՝ տեխնիկական հագեցվածության, իսկ 192 միլիոն դրամն էլ՝ տրանսպորտային հագեցվածության համար:
Կոմիտեի աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձն էլ մոտավոր կկազմի 650 հազար՝ առանց հարկերի, կոմիտեի նախագահինը՝ 700 հազարի չափ: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ այսօր ԱԱԾ-ում հակակոռուպցիոն գործերով զբաղվող քննիչը ստանում է 300 հազարից պակաս աշխատավարձ՝ հարկերը հանած, այսինքն՝ ստեղծվելու է քննիչների մեջ անհավասար մրցակցային միջավայր:
