Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմի ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով տուժած և Արցախի իրենց բնակավայրերից տեղահանված անձինք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բուժհաստատություններում օգտվում են պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար և արտոնյալ պայմաններով բուժօգնության ծառայություններից: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի  հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հիվանդանոցային բժշկական օգնության քաղաքականության բաժնի պետ Լիանա Բարսեղյանը:

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2004 թվականի որոշման լրացումների համաձայն՝  անվճար բուժծառայությունները  ներառում են նաև  արտահիվանդանոցային  ծառայություններ: Հայաստանում՝    իրենց բնակության վայրերում, արցախցիները կարող են գրանցվել  նախընտրած ամբուլատոր պոլիկլինիկական հաստատությունում և ընտանեկան բժշկի վերահսկողության ներքո՝  օգտվել  արտահիվանդանոցային բոլոր  ծառայություններից՝ ներառյալ դժվարամատչելի ախտորոշիչ հետազոտությունները: Հիվանդանոցային բացառապես անվճար ծառայություններն  ընդգրկում են նաև նորագույն և թանկարժեք տեխնոլոգիաներով մատուցվողները,  սրտի, լեղապարկի վիրահատությունները, նյարդավիրաբուժականն ու ակնաբուժականը և այլն: Ընդ որում՝ անվճար ծառայությունների թվում  են՝  ինչպես վիրահատական,  այնպես էլ՝ հետվիրահատական՝ վերականգնողական ու խնամքի   բուժօգնությունը:

ՀՀ Կառավարության համապատասխան որոշման համաձայն՝  հաստատված է նորագույն թանկարժեք տեխնոլոգիաներով մատուցվող ծառայությունների կարգը, որտեղ թվարկվում է  մատուցվող ծառայությունների ցանկը: Այդ շրջանակից դուրս մյուս ծառայությունները տրամադրվում են վճարովի հիմունքներով: Տեղահանված արցախցիններն անվճար բուժծառայություններից օգտվելու համար կարող են դիմել ցանկացած բուժհաստատություն, որտեղ կա համապատասխան պետական պատվեր»,- մանրամասնեց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության պատասխանատուն:
