INTERVIEW
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթեթն այսօր հրապարակում էր արել արել այն մասին, որ ՔԿ նախագահի տեղակալ, ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը կնշանակվի ստեղծվելիք Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի ղեկավար: Հրապարակման առնչությամբ Tert.am-ը մեկնաբանություն է խնդրել Արգիշտի Քյարամյանից:
Հարցուպատասխանը՝ ստորև.
-Պարո՛ն Քյարամյան, հրապարակում կա, որ Դուք դեռ չստեղծված Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի ղեկավարի պաշտոնին եք նշանակվելու, կա՞ նման քննարկում:
-Այդ հարցով մեկնաբանություն չեմ կարող տալ, այդ մարմինը նույնիսկ դեռ չի ձևավորվել, որևէ հիմք չունեմ այս պահին չձևավորված մարմնի աշխատակիցների վերաբերյալ հրապարակումներ անելու:
-Պարո՛ն Քյարամյանը, իսկ ինչո՞ւ պատերազմի օրերին ազատվեցիք Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրենի պաշտոնից, սա հարց է, որի պատասխանը չի տրվել:
-Այդ հարցին ինքս անդրադառնալու տեսակետից խնդիր եմ տեսնում, որովհետև ԱԱԾ տնօրենը պաշտոնի նշանակվում և ազատվում է վարչապետի առաջարկով, և դա զուտ վարչապետի տիրույթում գտնվող հարց է, և չեմ կարծում, որ կոռեկտ կլինի, որ ես անդրադառնամ այդ հարցին:
-Բայց, այնուամենայնիվ կա՞ր պատճառ, որ Դուք ազատվեիք այդ պաշտոնից:
-Ես արդեն ասացի իմ ասելիքը:
-Պարո՛ն Քյարամյան, Ձեր՝ շատ արագ տարբեր կառույցներում պաշտոնների նշանակվելը անընդհատ քննարկվում է, Ձեզ չի՞ կաշկանդում այդ հանգամանքը, դրանք շահարկումների թեմա են դառնում:
-Ինձ այս պահին հարմար չէ, բայց կարճ ասեմ. ասելիք չունեմ, ես կարող եմ ասել, թե ինչու է դառնում շահարկման թեմա, միգուցե մարդիկ կան, ովքեր մտահոգվում են իմ պաշտոնավարման ընթացքից, մեկ այլ առիթով մանրամասն կանդրադառնամ:
