Ի՞նչ կապ ուներ սույն պերսոնաժը մեր երկրի անվտանգության հետ ընդհանրապես, ի՞նչ գործ ուներ ՀՀ ոչ բարով ԱԱԾ պետն Արցախում, ՊԲ-ն մնացել էր նման վալանտյոռների հույսի՞ն․ Ա․ Հովհաննիսյանը՝ Քյարամյանի մասին

Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը Փաշինյանի կառավարման որակի ու կադրային ողբալի վիճակի հավաքական կերպարն է․ այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Իրավական կրթություն և վերահսկողություն» ՀԿ ղեկավար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը։

Գրառումն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը նիկոլի կառավարման որակի ու կադրային ողբալի վիճակի հավաքական կերպարն է՝ սուտասան, դիլետանտ, նախադասությունները ոչ տրամաբանական կերպով իրար շաղկապող, պաշտոնի համար առուծախի պատրաստ մեկը։

Հերթականն է իր տեսակի մեջ ու ոչ հերթականը՝ վստահված պաշտոնի առումով։

Ի՞նչ կապ ուներ սույն պերսոնաժը մեր երկրի անվտանգության հետ ընդհանրապես, իսկ պատերազմի ժամանակ՝ մասնավորապես։ Ի՞նչ գործ ուներ ՀՀ ոչ բարով ԱԱԾ պետը Արցախում։ Բա որ թշնամու մոտ հայտնվե՞ր ու գերի վերցվեր, թե կասեք ինքը տենց տեղեր չէր լինի, անվտանգ տեղերում էր, ես էլ կհարցնեմ, բա է՞լ ինչի համար էր գնացել, զենքով նկար ունենալու՞։

Նա ո՞վ էր, ի՞նչ գիտեր առհասարակ բանակի մասին, որ մի հատ էլ իր կամքով ինչ որ բան ղեկավարեր, որ իջներ տեսներ ինչ որ մեկը տեղակայման վայրում չի։ Պաշտպանության բանակը մնացել էր սրա նման վալանտյոռների հույսի՞ն։ Եթե սա պիտի ինչ որ ուղղության պատասխանատու լիներ, ապա պարզ է՝ թե ինչու այնտեղ չէին փորձառու գեներալները։ Բա որ հանկարծ հաղթեի՞նք։ Իսկ շեֆը ասել էր պարտվել, հանձնել, սպանել։

Մ. Համբարձումյանը բացատրեց՝ ինչ է եղել ԱԱԾ էլիտար ստորաբաժանման հետ, բա պատերազմի թեժ պահին ԱԱԾ պետի պաշտոնից ազատված ջահելը չի ուզում պատմի՝ թե իրեն ինչ են ասել իր իսկ աշխատողները, ինչու՞ չեն կատարել հրահանգը, ու իր շեֆը էլ ինչ մարդասպան հրահանգներ է տվել։

Հ.Գ. Սույն հակառուս պատանյակին ասեք, ՌԴ-ը ի դեմս Համանախագահ Պոպովի երեկ «ապտակեց» շեֆիդ՝ ասելով բավական է լկտի ստեր տարածես՝ ՌԴ-ը երբեք չի առաջարկել Արցախի 7 շրջանների վերադարձ՝ մոռանալով Արցախի կարգավիճակի մասին։ Քո հերթն էլ կգա շուտով։ Թե չէ հո երկիրը ծախելով ու ռուսների, ու սրա նրա վրա գցելով չի։ Ամեն ինչ հերթով, շարքով, կարգով»։
